Really good hotel and centrally located for Elamkulam. Breakfast was good selection but not enough space or servers. It was chaos trying to get a table as people were standing in the way eating. The lifts are also incredibly slow. Stopping on every floor. The rooftop pool is nice but has no view as the walls are too high.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was left quite disappointed. One of the main reasons I chose this property was because it advertised a swimming pool — something I specifically filtered for when making my booking. However, upon arrival, I was told the pool was unavailable due to maintenance. There was no prior notice, no mention during check-in, and certainly no update when I made the reservation.
It felt misleading and unprofessional, especially since the pool was one of the few leisure amenities offered. I understand that maintenance issues can arise, but transparency is important. A simple heads-up before arrival or a temporary note on the website would have gone a long way.
The rest of the stay was fine — the room was clean and the staff were polite — but the lack of honesty regarding available facilities really put a damper on the experience. If you’re booking specifically for certain amenities, I’d recommend double-checking with the hotel directly before confirming.

Room size is very small.
AC vent created a abnormal noise and terrible night stay.
Staff responsible was very poor during morning breakfast time at restaurant.
Over all very dark stay in Blu hotel.
I won't recommend to others henceforth.

Room was very small and had a mushy smell.fridge was unhygienic.everything looks really old.
Outside food not allowed restaurant closes at 10pm

They couldn’t find my booking, so i was stranded at the hotel lobby for few hours before i offered to pay again for my room only then they provided me with a room .. that too downgraded ..
even though i showed my confirmation email and with a corresponding email to confirm my room yet to the property, neither the hotel or the helpline from trip after that could detect my booking - after checking in - i spent another few hours with trip helpline to get the room i deserve - but trip reasoning was the booking was done through a chinese agent and they couldn’t get through .. so i wasted another few hours .. still i did not get my deserved room ..
i was thrown into a deep end corner room
with a terrible sound pollution.. i was here with an elderly who was terminal .. so it was a total nightmare .. nor the hotel staff or trip were helpful ..

The property has not been well maintained so rooms and especially bathroom/toilets look dirty even after it's cleaned.
Breakfast buffet is the same everyday so it becomes boring after the 3 days.
There were issues with internet/wifi connections and tv channels are limited.
We had to ask for a change in room after the first night as aircon control was not working and on top of that staff rang the doorbell and woke us up at 6.30am about checking out n the room booking was for 5 nights! Apparently the reception had made a mistake and given the porter the wrong room number.
Reception staff was not very apologetic and instead blamed the guest who was checking out, saying they had given the incorrect room number!

We are freely upgraded to Business class room. Room is super spacious but really old. Not a 5 star but 3-4 star acceptable.

We stayed at Radisson Blu, Ernakulam as part of an event conducted at the hotel itself. We had booked two rooms—one for triple occupancy and another for double. Both rooms were neat and clean; the triple occupancy room was quite spacious, while the double room was of average size. The bathrooms were well-maintained and came with bathtubs.
The event hall booking and overall arrangements were handled by Ms. Sajila, who deserves special mention for her vibrant and dynamic personality. She was extremely friendly and ensured that every arrangement was executed flawlessly.
The complimentary breakfast was a highlight—delicious with a wide spread that was hard to count! The event hall was beautifully maintained, well-lit, and comfortably air-conditioned. The buffet lunch was truly remarkable—kudos to the chef for
