Agressé par des personnes extérieures à l’hôtel sous les yeux de la sécurité ne souhaitant pas porter assistance n’y faire appel à la police. Pas une mots d’excuse de la part de la direction inexistante. À déconseiller si vous ne souhaitez pas passer aux urgences pendant votre séjour

Clean well equipped rooms, very friendly staff and a great pool. The Diana Hotel, Estepona has it all. Surrounded by small shops, bars and lots of restaurants, everything is on the doorstep. Family friendly and with disabled access, I will definitely be using it again.

A fortunate last-minute booking found us this place as a base for exploring nearby Estepona. Although it is really 16 km away from central Estepona, and situated right next to the AP-7 highway, it proved to be a good choice. High-quality doors and sound insulation keep out the highway noise; the rooms are amply sized and very clean; the bathroom ultramodern; the pool in the courtyard very attractive; the buffet breakfast would do a high-end hotel proud; and the staff are friendly and efficient. Bonus: the hotel is in a plaza of many small shops and reasonably-priced restaurants.

Love staying here as my brother in law and sister own a bar which is 2 minutes away..all staff are always lovely and friendly and there to help you with anything you need…stayed twice this year and looking forward to booking up again next year..

Accomadation was clean and bed comfy, room was very dark no sun hit the balcony, so was no good to sit out we were on the ground floor 137 which was so near to the pool, so not private, 1st floor is better but still shaded There was 2 celebrations at the hotel, one of which was a wedding very noisy, people stomping about and making noise at 3am so was not quite the relaxing break we planned I took a kettle which was so needed as there is no tea and coffee facility in the rooms We personally did not like the area and there was not enough restaurants in the local area We had B&B but wasn’t impressed as the cooked breakfast was cooked and left on server which was cold, continental was ok if that’s your thing but if a fry up is what you want I wouldn’t bother- bar staff pleasant and helpful …

Ona Diana Park is DIRTY- greatly upset at the cleanliness standards- staff lift filthy, sink cracked, furniture cigarette damaged, shabby decor and view of rubbish recycling point, unhelpful reception staff, unappealing and unappetising menu. “ This holiday was advertised as appealing, clean, great location when in fact it was anything but and caused so much distress that we made our own arrangements for the next ten days.

Staff reasonably friendly but room was awful. A sort of open terrace with 2 plastic kitchen chairs overlooked a chain linked fence backing onto A-7 motorway. Very busy and noisy all through night. Plagued with flying ants all over bed and in bathroom. Left covered in bites. None of this included in Jet2.com marketing description.

Had such a lovely stay at Diana Park, the staff are incredibly nice, they even offered making us a packed breakfast as we had an excursion booked early in the morning. I would recommend half board as the food is amazing! The hotel is about 15-20 minute drive to Marbella and 10 minutes to Purto Banus, I’d advise getting an Uber as it’s slightly cheaper than a taxi! There aren’t many places I would return back to but I’m already looking at going back again this year to Diana Park. 10/10!!

BEWARE! The pre holiday information we got didn’t inform us of what we would experience. 1. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere so you need a car or to use buses. The Spanish bus system is quirky and many buses don’t stop at the bus stop near the hotel (and the staff don’t explain this or help). Number 79, the main bus to Estepona doesn’t stop there, you have to get the local shopper hopper which arrives at very odd times. 2. The hotel rents itself out for Spanish weddings every weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and they occupy the terrace and garden so there is nowhere for you to relax sociably at the weekend. 3. Mosquitoes are not managed, you could drive a bus under the gap in our door, I was only bitten in the room and I still have scars almost eight weeks after returning (the room had wires hanging down where the smoke detector should have been). 4. Staff are not attentive, on the last day, one of the waiters who serves at breakfast thought I’d just arrived and asked me how long I was staying. The good things: The rooms are clean and cleaned daily; the breakfast is adequate though unvaried, the pool is lovely. I went with Jet2, they haven't addressed my complaints. Very disappointed overall.
