Этот отель превзошёл все мои ожидания, прилетели из Саньи поздним рейсом в 23.00 и должны были вылетать через 16 часов. Младшему сыну стало плохо, укачало, на стойке в аэропорту девочка предложила ибис, он в шаговой доступности, но на трипе почему-то не высвечивался тот который нужен был. В итоге она сама набрала этот и норм, а дальше как в сказке. Начиная с того, что он полностью оказался за трипкоины, то есть бесплатно. До этого я делала дважды бронирование на трипе и видела про кэшбэк трипкоинами, но как-то скептически к этому относилась. Дальше она же созвонились с отелем вызвала трансфер, сделала фото нас для водителя проводила до нужного выхода, а там уже нас ждали. Добрались за 10 минут. На рецешшине также всё помогли заполнить, младшего сразу уложили на диванчик в холле, заселение заняло минут 15, и то из за сложностей перевода. Подарили пакет с фруктами молоком булочками и водой. Проводили в соседний магазин, я купила детям лапши на завтрак. Короче однозначно рекомендую этот отель и в будущем, это сеть, буду останавливаться именно в нём🤩🤩🤩🥰🥰🥰👍👍👍кстати до этого останавливались в Виндхаме и в нем мне пришлось просить переходник для зарядки, здесь такой проблемы не было, всё на высшем уровне!!!
