« Close to the airport,has a free shuttle service from/to the airport.We ordered this hotel at last minute due to our flight cancellation and we’re surprised by good service,clean and spacious room and free night snacks. There is a simple but quite nice breakfast selection,they also offer fresh coffee in the morning. If you are looking for a nice hotel closer to the airport that’s an ideal spot. »

« Really nice room with nothing to complain. 100m2 suite is no joke. The only problems were that the room had the scent of cigarettes (I think it is okay to smoke in the rooms). Also, noone in the hotel, including reception did not speak English, so i had to yank out my translator to communicate. They were kind enough to be patient tho! I've also asked to book a taxi at a specific time thru them, and they've managed it no problem. »

« great hotel for a layover and transit....hotel pickup and drop service was perfect... amenities were among the cleanest I've ever stayed in , even compared to 5 star rates hotels....it more or less has everything you need, even a mini gym. The staff service and friendliness was perfect!. Only downside is smokers in the lobby , for which ashtrays are duly provided, and given such a high level of cleanliness and hygiene was rather confusing. Otherwise I'd upgrade to a 5 for cleanliness »

« Endroit terriblement sale. On ne sait pas exactement où trip.com a obtenu une telle note. C'est la première fois que je rencontre quelque chose comme ça. Nous sommes arrivés la nuit - il faisait très froid. Le climatiseur affichait 16 degrés Celsius, il ne pouvait pas le réchauffer plus haut. Seules des couvertures chaudes nous ont sauvés. Il s’agit apparemment d’un problème saisonnier. Mais la saleté... Le tapis est couvert de sable, la table est tachée, il y a des cheveux sur les lits. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre, mais la chambre suivante avait le même problème, Dieu merci le lit était sans poils. Avec un enfant qui s’endormait pour la deuxième fois, nous ne sommes pas allés changer de chambre. Le petit déjeuner était normal, de style chinois, mais nous ne sommes pas partis affamés. La navette aéroport gratuite est également un point positif. Mais au final, je ne le recommande pas. »

« A proximité de l'hôtel et enregistrement rapide même si nous arrivons après minuit, la réceptionniste du hall est efficace mais le petit-déjeuner doit être amélioré car le choix disponible est limité avec du café non réapprovisionné et servi froid même s'il est toujours dans les horaires du petit-déjeuner. »

« We arrived at Xi'an after midnight so decided to rest our night near the Airport Hotel. JJC, is a clean and comfortable hotel for our night rest. The hotel provides free airport pick-up service upon reservation. You need to pick up your luggage at the airport and go to Exit 533 on the departure floor of the terminal. After you arrive, contact the hotel front desk to arrange a car to pick you up. This pickup is great plus to us reaching Xi'an at wee hours and knowing we have a place to rest after the flight. »

L'emplacement est un peu isolé, mais l'accès à l'aéroport est relativement pratique, notamment grâce à la navette gratuite. 3. Lors de l'enregistrement, une erreur a été commise lors de la remise de la clé de chambre, empêchant l'ascenseur de détecter le bon étage et entraînant une perte de temps considérable. 4. Lors de l'enregistrement, le personnel n'a pas trouvé les informations de réservation. Après une longue attente, on nous a indiqué qu'elles étaient disponibles, ce qui a donné une impression de manque de professionnalisme et de rigueur. »

« I read a lot of positive reviews about the Somerset Fendong, and this was why I came here, it did not disappoint. The hotel and room facilities are excellent, everything I need for a comfortable work trip and to work from my room. The breakfast buffet has delicious food in Chinese and Western options, and the gym is a really useful addition. However, what has really made the trip exceptional is the staff. They have done everything they can to make my stay comfortable. Athena Wang and the others at reception, the housekeeping and the restaurant staff go out of their way to be friendly and caring, as the best possible hosts, since the afternoon I arrived. This atmosphere makes more of a difference than anything towards having a good trip, and it is honestly one of the best hotel experiences I have had anywhere in the world. I would recommend the Somerset Fendong to anyone, thank you to Athena and all the staff! »
