Le serveur de la boutique de la chaussure était super. Je l'ai trouvé après avoir quitté la boutique. Ma chose est laissé dans la chambre pour téléphoner à l'hôtel de stationnement de la serveuse Hu, répondre au téléphone. Aidez-moi à le traiter et rapidement. Appelez-moi à l'hôtel Taipei. Ce service est louable. Le service est meilleur que tous les magasins de cinq étoiles. Lorsque vous reviendrez à Iyland la prochaine fois, Vous allez rester dans cet hôtel une fois de plus. La piscine de la soupe de la sauce a annulé l'offre d'eau de la sauce et de la sauce d'eau originale, un peu inconvenante. J'espère pouvoir l'offrir. Nous avons besoin de sauce de grande qualité entre la soupe de la sauce et la sauce.

Great accommodation. Very beautiful and a huge bath area which is great for kids. Staff was very friendly and handled our transportation and checked and recommended places to eat as it was typhoon off day when we arrived. Breakfast was packed from other stores, can use uber as well. Can feed fish too, which was fun for the kids.

This is our 2nd time staying in this hotel. Staff were approachable, friendly, and helpful. Rooms were clean, comfortable, cosy, and spacious. Daily top-up of minibar in your rooms. Breakfast was great with set meals for selection on top of the buffet spread. Great location. It's just a stone throw from Jiaoxi train station. Walk down the street for many good foods. Definitely will return again.

這次來頭城小旅行，住在蘭陽烏石港海景酒店，簡單記錄一下住宿心得。 第一印象很好，房間乾淨舒適，最加分的是海景房的陽台，一眼望出去就是龜山島~ 飯店位置超方便，樓下走幾步就是星巴克、寶雅、小 7、麥當勞，臨時想買個什麼都很方便。吃的部分，後面有兩家餐廳我覺得很值得提一下——「樂山拉麵」，平價但湯頭不錯，對食量大的人來說 CP 值高；「盛世鐵板燒」則是高檔路線，適合偶爾想吃好一點的時候來享受。 自駕者不用擔心停車位。 蘭陽博物館就在附近，大約走 15 分鐘就到，懶得走的話也可以跟飯店借免費腳踏車，沿路騎過去吹吹風很舒服。整體來說，這次住宿體驗挺不錯的，適合想放空發呆、順便吃吃美食的小旅行！

3min walk to Luodong train station and about 15min walk to Luodong night market. There is 7-11, Familymart and PX supermarket nearby for groceries. Great place for family with young kids with a play area and small electric vehicles for loan to play on the track. There are also switch games like Mario Kart for loan for slightly older kids. There is also a small activity/quest to complete during the stay to get a small gift in exchange.

We recently stayed at Wellspring by Silks in Jiaoxi for a short getaway with my 7-year-old child, and it was one of the most relaxing and family-friendly stays we've had in Taiwan. Location: The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Jiaoxi Train Station, making it easy to arrive with a child and luggage. One of the best parts is how close it is to all the great local eateries—from traditional ********* breakfast spots to noodle shops and dessert places, everything is within a short stroll. We loved popping out for quick meals and snacks without planning too much. Even though it's centrally located, the hotel feels like a quiet, relaxing retreat once you're inside. Room: Our room was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The private in-room hot spring bath was a huge hit—not just for me but also for my 7-year-old. The water temperature was easy to adjust, and it became our daily ritual to soak and relax. Kid-Friendliness: Although the hotel has a stylish, adult-focused vibe, the staff welcomed children. They provided child-sized slippers, which made my little one feel like a VIP guest. The rooftop pool area was also suitable for kids (with supervision), and we spent a lovely day splashing around with mountain views. One thoughtful bonus: even after we checked out, we were still allowed to use the rooftop pool and hot spring facilities. That extra flexibility made a massive difference for us — it meant we could enjoy one more relaxing soak and a bit of pool time before catching our train home. It showed how the hotel goes the extra mile to accommodate families. Facilities: The rooftop infinity pool and hot spring area are just as beautiful as in the photos—peaceful, scenic, and well-maintained. There's also a cozy lounge with complimentary snacks and drinks, which came in handy for quick breaks between activities. Everything felt clean, well-designed, and easy to access, even with a child. Service: The service was warm, professional, and genuinely kind. The front desk staff were helpful with suggestions for nearby places to eat and always greeted my child with a smile. They made us feel welcome from start to finish. Breakfast: Breakfast was a treat for adults and kids — a great mix of Western and ********* options. My 7-year-old especially loved the fresh fruits, scrambled eggs, and mini croissants, while I enjoyed the local touches like sweet potato porridge, scallion pancakes, and handmade soy milk. Overall: Wellspring by Silks is a perfect blend of peaceful luxury and family-friendly comfort. Whether traveling solo, as a couple, or with kids, it's a great spot to unwind and enjoy the best of Jiaoxi's hot spring culture. We're already looking forward to our next visit.

L'hôtel est très bon, mais il est tout à fait bon, et mes enfants ont eu une explosion et ont des souvenirs merveilleux avec toutes les installations qui leur étaient disponibles. Recommandera aux familles qui cherchent de grands souvenirs.

Overall good. Cleanness was decent for the price Bad service due to delayed check in. We arrived around 3:30 was told to wait at a resting lounge till 4:00 to check in. However once we lined up at the counter at 4:00 was told the room wasn’t ready.

The hotel is attempting to portray itaelf as a 5 star hotel, but it doesnt quite live uo to that standard. while they may be offering upscale amenties and a polished exterior, the overall experience feels lacking in the finer details that typically define a true 5 star hotel. It feels more like a 4 star property rather than a true 5 star experience
