The hotel is a dilapidated building with poor hygiene. The bedsheets were fifty. The wash room was poorly maintained. The furniture was shabby. The staff was unhelpful didn't have any professional outlook. Overall a disgusting experience.

Nothing was maintained properly. Every tap in washroom was in a leakage condition. I was suppose to attend my meeting with my client at 10:00 am in the morning but due to lackadaisical attitude of hoteliers, i have to cancel my meeting as i was unable to take my shower. Hotel needs a lots of maintenance and if they cannot maintain their premises i would urge to please stop collaborating with such hotel/premises/properties. As i am literally messed up such kind of hotel. Requesting your immediate intervention and revert me with its effect. As i have already conveyed this with my team. They must be coming after the one’s because of whom i didn’t get services and facilities for the amount i paid in advance.

This is the first time that i have experienced that the key to my assigned room was not given. Even the toilet door if closed from the outside cannot be opened. You need to call the reception every time you close the door from the outside. Room was spacious. No same day laundry service. I asked for a room heater that was provided. Good location. Complimentary breakfast provided with no choice. No option to make your own tea or coffee. Hot water kettle was provided. Wifi connection was available

The rooms are spacious, neat and clean. Staffs are well behaved and very cooperative. Location is good. Looking forward to stay in this hotel in my next visit to faridabad.

My experience is very bad with this hotel, sheep was not available, bath water issue, poor service, complementary things they won't provide unless you ask.

Club and deluxe rooms are of the same size. Wrong information on mmt. No sanitary items were provided. Rooms were not clean and up to the mark. Not worth the price they are charging.
