Great service! The owner was very kind and helpful. He can buy you a cheaper maglev train ticket (from 28＞25 yuan/a person). There is no front desk. You have to contact the owner by wechat (add by phone number from contact in trip application).

The room was great and the host was very kind and helpful.
However, we booked a big room (25m^2) with a bath and got a small one (15 m^2) with a small shower instead. When I asked the owner why we didn’t have the room we booked, he told me the room had been redecorated last year. Meaning, it doesn’t exists anymore. It would have been nice to pay for what we booked and change the pictures of the ad to prevent false advertising.
Along this, everything was great and the city is beautiful!

A location on the map is not accurate. As a foreigner you should add the owner's phone number in WeChat beforehand so you can communicate with him or he can pick you up. The entrance and building of the apartment is old but the room is newly renovated so it's fine with me. But be reminded that there is flush toilet only in some rooms. The owner's hospitality is good. The apartment is on 2nd floor and he helped us carry our luggages. He also helped us find a taxi to the train station.

Номер чистый, хорошее постельное. Тихо.
Невозможно самостоятельно найти вход. Попросили прохожих позвонить по номеру телефона и нас быстро встретили. Управляющий очень приятный и доброжелательный человек. Хорошо встретил, все объяснил с переводчиком.
Расположение отличное. Окна во двор, было тихо. Главное чтобы повезло с соседями.
Минусы - было только два маленьких полотенца. Не было крючков для одежды или стула. Не было мыла для рук. Возможно это дали бы, но мы были на одну ночь и не хотели тратить на это время.
Главное! За все время проживания в Китае, из 4х городов это первый где розетки не стандартные. Не могли зарядить телефон. Для поездок это критически важно. Была лишь одна и она была платная!

新裝修，房間相片如訂購網上所顯示圖片！位置近鳳凰古城，步行約300米就可以看到古城溪河江邊景色，老闆人品不錯，還幫忙介紹一些防坑資訊！

這一次住民宿，是因為我們人多，臨時訂住處，其它酒店和客棧都無法解決。於是找到了這家店，訂了一個5室1廳的套房，但還差一間房，才電話聯繫了老闆小屈。老闆爽快的答應幫我們解決另一個房間，還細心的詢問了我們有幾個車，他提前準備車位（因為在古城裡，車位緊張）。令人感動的是第二天去鳳凰的時候，因為五一假期，人特別的多，鳳凰實行了交通管制，車全部停在城外的停車場，然後坐擺渡車進城。為了我們能順利開車進城，老闆一直和我們視頻聯繫，現場指揮怎麼走，在老闆的指引下，最後順利開車進城入住民宿。在此特別感謝老闆小屈。到店後，老闆給我們提點了一些避坑的建議，還介紹了一家飯店，晚上去吃了，不錯。另外房間雖然簡單，但非常乾淨，比較滿意。客廳還有一個麻將桌，有興趣的可以搓幾把。

這家民宿的老闆人超好，看到我們衹有兩個女孩子過來玩，還會好心提醒我們在鳳凰古城遊玩的一些建議，讓我們不踩坑，聽老闆説住在我們隔壁的是幾個男孩子，他們可能晚上要打麻將，老闆怕吵到我們，還給我們免費換了另外一間大點的房間，而且房間衞生也搞得非常乾淨，當時在攜程上看到有這麼便宜的房間的時候，真的好驚訝，怕踩坑，但還是抱着試一試的心態訂了，事實證明，我這次運氣超好，遇到了一家超温暖的民宿，就是第二天我們要趕最早的一班高鐵回去，所以一大早就走了，沒有當麪跟老闆説謝謝，在這裏祝老闆生意興隆，財源滾滾，我同事以後有時間也會去鳳凰古鎮玩，我已經給她推薦這家民宿了，下次再來鳳凰古鎮玩，也住老闆家（因為走的太急了，沒有拍圖片）大家真的可以訂這家的，雖然它價格便宜，但是服務質量和環境衞生都不比其他的酒店差
