definitely not recommend this hotel for organizing your events. nothing but good location. probably the owner doesn’t understand the importance of someone’s big day. they had 3 or 4 waiters for 90(!!!) people on the wedding! the administrator of the wedding Guilia kept saying that she is not responsible for any issues that had been appeared. in the middle of the day the rain had started and because of the staff shortage the guests from the wedding should move the tables and chairs by themselves under the rain. for the staff it’s another work day but for the married couple it’s pretty stressful and exciting day. so instead of being a professional the administrator guilia was mean and rude and of course “not responsible for anything” again. probably the staff decided that they deserve good tips and manage to get it by themselves because 2 envelopes with money from the gift box for the couple magically disappeared. if you are considering this hotel as a place for the special occasion, think twice. or think once and choose another hotel. and the beach beds there are not comfortable.

My experience with this hotel was absolutely terrible. The wedding planner, Giulia, failed in every aspect. Initially, she was friendly and nice, but in the end, she became extremely rude, and that's putting it mildly. The hotel provides extremely poor service and falls far short of being a luxury hotel as advertised. I have visited many hotels on every continent, but none has been as bad as this one. Here are a few things that went wrong: The service at the hotel and on our wedding day was catastrophic. Expired drinks were served, some of which were nearly 2 years past their expiration date, and yet we were charged 8 euros for a beer, for example. The staff was so overwhelmed that guests were insulted because apparently no one could handle the situation. Even the chef insulted my wife in Italian—what a disgrace. The food was absolutely abysmal, and i can’t understand how this restaurant made it into the Michelin Guide. The list of issues is much longer. The worst part was that Giulia, the so-called event manager, clearly had no idea what she was doing. It was a total failure and extremely embarrassing in front of all our guests. She planned for only 3 staff members for more than 80 guests. Everything was late, cold, and of poor quality. After the event, she simply disappeared and blocked us. This is the most outrageous hotel I have ever been to. I strongly advise against staying here or having a wedding celebration. We were offered a 5-star hotel with corresponding service, which we paid for accordingly. We had booked the entire hotel for several days. However, what we received was a nigh**are and a major disappoin**ent. Over 80 guests attended the wedding, and most of them stayed at the hotel. All the guests share the same opinion. This is a disgrace for the hotel and tarnishes the image of Italian hotels abroad. I warn everyone against this hotel!

Splendid experience overall, fabulous hotel, very comfortable room, fine restaurant, beautiful gardens and surrounding parkland, convenience of nice swimming pool with seaview and very capable & cordial to ensure an enjoyable stay!

In occasione di una importante ricorrenza, abbiamo scelto di festeggiare con un viaggio nelle bellissime Marche e di alloggiare a Villa Lattanzi, nella zona di Fermo. La Villa è molto curata, è immersa in un bellissimo bosco con vista sul mare e le stanze sono molto pulite. Abbiamo anche cenato una sera nel ristorante interno ed è stata una esperienza gastronomica molto piacevole. Quello che però ci ha positivamente colpito, più di ogni altra cosa, è stata la cordialità del personale che ci ha accolto e "coccolato" dal primo incontro fino alla nostra partenza. Ci torneremo e lo consigliamo vivamente.

La nostra prima volta a Villa Lattanzi risale al 2017 ed è stata un’esperienza sublime! Da allora ci siamo tornati quasi ogni anno e pur rimanendo sempre senza fiato per lo splendore di questo palazzetto d’epoca, il suo parco ed il suo panorama, di volta in volta, fino a quest’ultimo soggiorno conclusosi oggi, 23 settembre, ho notato dei peggioramenti nei servizi. Ancora oggi nella stanza manca una macchina espressa per il caffè (ormai la si trova anche nei 4*) nonché stuzzichini. Viene lasciata l’acqua all’arrivo ed i giorni seguenti no! Il servizio serale completamente inappropriato: letti non rifatti, scendiletti che rimangono nell’armadio, tazze e bicchieri utilizzati lasciati fino al mattino dopo 🙁 Ora c’è una bella piscina (era ora!) ma non vengono fornite le ciabattine relative ; ci sono soltanto quelle da camera che sono veramente brutte! Direi che anche le spugne andrebbero aggiornate: sono infeltrite e i passanti delle cinte degli accappatoi … scuciti. Inoltre, abbiamo preso un aperitivo e seppur apprezzando la buona volontà della signora Maria, non è possibile che alle 17 non ci sia il bar aperto e che venga improvvisato… e poi viene fatto pagare 15€ cad! Se non fosse per la bellezza del luogo, della struttura e della cortesia e professionalità delle signore Maria e Olga … Così proprio non va… spero che prendiate dovuti provvedimenti perché, almeno per noi, la prossima volta sarà l’ultima seppur con molto dispiacere

Seconda volta per noi in questo stupendo luogo ! Villa stupenda , giardini perfetti,accoglienza cordiale e disponibile. La quiete e il relax sono assicurati!( importante ....accettano i cani educati!)un caro saluto da Marina Gian e la piccola Amelia

- splendida location - camera confortevole - cortesia del personale - set di cortesia super - rapporto qualità/prezzo abbastanza equilibrato - villa circondata dalla natura - colazione: scelta abbastanza ampia e pietanze calde come le uova incluse - ristorante un po' caro ma servizio quasi impeccabile, buon cibo e ampia scelta di vini

Bella villa inserita in un parco di ampie dimensioni. Camera spaziosa, elegante e funzionale. Servizi di qualita'. Prezzo adeguato al servizio. Completa la proprieta' una bella Chiesa di forma circolare con colonne e facciata in mattoni. Peccato utilizzarla per il deposito dei panni sporchi. Si spera in un ripensamento della proprieta' sia per il luogo di culto che per i fruitori.

Il personale di una disponibilità e gentilezza che raramente si incontra, veramente molto bravi. Ci hanno fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. Ogni richiesta trovava una risposta immediata. Ottimo il ristorante. Piccola carta, ma tutti i piatti sono squisiti, complimenti allo Chef! Tanti complimenti anche al personale del ristorante, sia a colazione che a cena. Molto bravo e simpatico il sommelier, ci ha fatto scoprire un paio di etichette veramente meritevoli. L'arredamento della stanza non è proprio di mio gusto (ma questo è molto personale, non puo' piacere a tutti), ma il letto è comodo e per il resto c'è tutto il necessario. Un po' scomoda la posizione della cassaforte - sul ripiano alto dell'armadio, bisogna alzarsi in punta di piedi per raggiungerla; se un cliente è piu' basso di 1.70, allora non ce la fa nemmeno in punta di piedi. In sintesi: sicuramente una struttura da raccomandare e da ritornarci. Noi sicuramente lo faremo alla prossima occasione.
