It is a very huge hotel, the room also has a nice size. The location is great, just steps away from the airport, no need to rush, very convinient

We stayed at the Sheraton Milan Malpensa as a family, booking two rooms for a short stopover. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and surprisingly quiet—perfect for a good night’s rest right at the airport. Despite some renovations going on, everything was well-maintained and tidy. One thing to note: the hotel is very long, so be prepared for a bit of walking to get to your room or to the common areas. It's not a major issue, but something to keep in mind if you're traveling with young children or lots of luggage. What truly stood out was the hotel restaurant—a great surprise. The ambience was elegant yet welcoming, the food was excellent, and the staff was very accommodating, especially with our child. It made dinner a real highlight of our stay. All in all, a great choice for convenience, comfort, and a surprisingly good dining experience at the airport.

A solid choice for us in transit, this hotel offered practical comfort and all the essentials we did expect from a typical airport business stay. The rooms are functional with a touch of coziness, good for a night rest between flights. Best of all, of course it’s just a short walk from the airport terminal—what made our departure refreshingly hassle-free.

Good hotel to stay next to the airport and clean. Here benefits end. Quite overpriced for what it is. Very unwelcoming and annoyed service staff. Long Queue to check in. Facilities outdated. Breakfast again long queue for eggs station. Will not stay again.

Rare for hotel in Europe providing slippers and dental amenities without asking. Perfect location just opposite MXP T1 by a tunnel. Clean and tidy!

The hotel is nice. Right to the train to Milan and to the Departures/Arrivals elevators. There is a supermarket closer to the hotel on the same level. Also, there is a restaurant on the first floor. Recommend.

Ac is loud like a wash machine. Basic rooms. Everything but premium .
