Awesome! Love this place

Friendly staff. Our previous stay we end up extending it. Was asked if we'd like the room cleaned & said yes sure. I thought we packed ALL of our stuff up & out... when we went back afterwards the housekeeping staff found some of the kids toys and had stood/set them all up on the side of the TV for them. (Also taught me to double check inside & around the bedding for the kids things too)

I stayed here because the hotel has semi truck parking next door. If you spend the night with them you can park a big truck RV or whatever next door. As far as the accommodations went they were fine for the price. The staff checking me in was not very pleasant and not very helpful I had to walk around the hotel looking for my room. Doors were locked at night that would have given me access to a quicker route to my room. Just a few little nitpicks. Breakfast was hot eggs and sausage that were pretty tasteless but it met the need. All in all it was a pretty good stay I slept good. One Stellar note the shower was fabulous had the highest pressure of any shower I've ever taken! It was great :-)

Checked in on Friday to a king size bed with a broken A/C unit. Was moved to another room, but billed the same rate for two double sized beds. Was injured on the piece of rusted frame that stuck out from the bed. It was clearly a king size frame used on a double sized bed, for both beds. Protruding pieces were hidden under the bed skirt, so you couldn't tell that they were there until you struck yourself against it. Room was either still under construction or recently underwent construction. Pocked door in bathroom was left exposed and you could see the framing between the restroom wall and vanity on other side. Bedding and curtains had what appeared to be ash burns from cigarettes. Bedding was torn and stained. Shower curtain was also torn. Bathtub has a burn in the fiberglass from cigarette or another point of heat. Laminate flooring in bedding area was bubbling up. We informed the weekend lobby employee of the bedding/bed frame issue and she nodded her head and stated she would need to contact management and would get back to me. No word was received, so I inquired at check out and was told to call back during the week, during business hours. The area is also very noisy as it is directly across the street from the Emerald Queen ******, it's parking lot, and a busy intersection.

We have stayed at many hotels, and never once left right after we checked in. The bathroom door was falling off the hinges, but that was not the worst part. The room smelled heavily of smoke. The beds were horribly uncomfortable, we could feel the springs through the mattress. The bathroom smelled strongly of urine. The sinks were not clean at all. Never again.

I arrived at night after flying in from the east coast. I needed a place to stay south of Seattle, as I was heading to Oregon the next day. Room clean, staff nice. Really appreciated the big, fluffy towels. Very nice breakfast buffet.

I have stayed here mostly in 2021 but recently this year. I have no complaints, the staff is always kind an friendly, Check in /Out easy an fast. Rooms are clean , beds comfy, Free breakfast. I always feel safe here , I recommend this hotel !

I booked my reservation over the phone and specifically told them I had to have a ground floor (I use a wheelchair) and pet friendly room. When I arrived the front desk lady was very rude. She said she didn't have a ground floor room left. I explained that was obviously not going to work as they don't have an elevator. She found a ground floor room but it was not pet friendly so the pet absolutely is "not to sleep on the bed". Because I had made my conditions known when I made the reservation, I did not bring a dog bed and my 13 year old 9 pound poodle is not going to be able to sleep on the hard floor. The lady continued to be extremely rude so I ended up leaving. To find another room short notice and weekend cost me $110 more.
