Il se trouve à quelques pas de la gare Santa Maria Novella. De plus, vous pouvez prendre un tramway depuis la gare routière. La chambre est vraiment propre et j'apprécie que même les clients des dortoirs puissent utiliser gratuitement des équipements tels que du savon, des serviettes et des serviettes. Cependant, il n'y a pas de cuisine, ce qui peut être un peu difficile pour ceux qui souhaitent préparer leurs propres repas.

Hotel propre à environ 20/25 mn du centre a pieds. Si le bruit de la rue ne vous derange cet hotel est bon pour vous, tres mal insonorisé,hotel donnant sur une rue avec trafics importants jour et nuit bcp d'ambulance car sur la route de l'hôpital. .impossible de dormir sans boule quies... Du lundi au mercredi bcp de collégiens/lycéens dans l'hôtel, le personnel ne fait pas respecter le silence même la nuit.. Le jour du départ nous avions le petit déjeuner de payé d'avance, mais petit déjeuner à partir de 7h30 du matin si nous voulions emporter une boxe car départ pour aéroport 7h il faut rajouter 2.50 euros...par personne...une honte je n'ai jamais vu ça de payer en plus....!!!! du coup pas de boxe ni petit déjeuner et pas moyen de se faire rembourser..🤑 Quand aux personnels parle italien très peu anglais et ne fait pas d'effort...bref le prix oui mais ne s'occupe pas des clients dommage je ne le conseil pas

We were staying in Florence and decided the morning of to go to Villa La Massa for the night. We wanted more peace and quiet after being in Rome and Florence, and we are so glad that we did. We were debating between the Belmond property and Villa La Massa, and chose Villa La Massa because it was half the price and provided bikes (we really wanted to bike along the river). We are so glad that we chose Villa La Massa because the experience was 10/10. We were a little hesitant at first because some of the photos on Trip Advisor look different than the website but please note that the trip advisor photos are OLD before renovations!!! The hotel and pool are both completely renovated and GORGEOUS, the photos on their website are real and accurate. I am very particular on hotels and this hotel is 10/10 -- we booked through amex centurion fine hotels and resorts and it lived up to the rating! Our room was stunning, overlooking the river and very clean. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering it. We used the hotel bikes to ride to Florence along the river -- it was about a 25 minute bike ride and we locked the bikes right near a bridge in Florence and enjoyed lunch / walking around. The front desk is extremely helpful and it is just a gorgeous property. The food is great, the views are great, and I def recommend!! If you're considering staying here for a night our two to enjoy the countryside, book it, you won't regret.

Chambre spacieuse. Fonctionnelle. Propre. Parking gratuit couvert. Bon petit déjeuner. Manque par contre prise dans les têtes de lit… Le seul hic est qu il soit un peu loin du centre. Pas de restos sympas autour. Donc il y a le resto de l hotel qui était correct. Pour moi c était mon dernier jour sur Florence, donc pas grave..

Bien que situé tout près de l’aéroport de Florence, nous n’avons pas du tout été dérangés par les avions. L’hôtel est à moins de 10 min à pied de la station de tramway qui nous amène au centre de Florence en 15 min. La chambre était grande et nous avions un balcon (top pour notre chien qui a adoré s’y poser). Le lit était très grand et la literie nous convenait parfaitement. Petit bémol sur la salle de bain où l’étagère au dessus du petit lavabo n’est pas très pratique pour se sévir du robinet et il manquait d’étagère pour poser ses affaires. La chambre était dans propre mais il y avait pas mal de poussière sous le lit. Dans l’ensemble nous avons apprécier l’hébergement et nous y retournerons sans problème !

Très spacieux , excellente réception et immédiatement disponible. Bon petit déjeuner et abondant. Excellente position, littéralement près de l'autoroute, rue confortable!! . Une chambre assez spacieuse. Le bain complet de confort. La dernière peine l'eau de la douche n'était pas très stable, elle continuait à changer la température de chaud à froid et froid à chaud, vous vous disputez plus avec l'eau que de faire la douche.

This hotel was booked by a company I am working for, so I am sure it was booked purely on price as we were quite a large party. I understand that any business coming out of lockdown has a hard job on its hands, but on entering my room, I did feel it was necessary to wipe everything down with disinfectant wipes as everything was quite dusty. Some of my colleagues were unhappy with the cleanliness of their rooms. Following my initial clean down, my room was tidied daily. Wifi is poor, except in reception which has nowhere to sit and work, so if you are here on business, you don’t have any privacy to get work done. Continental breakfast is okay, but I cannot think of anything good to say about the cooked food, except that I have lost weight because I have not eaten very much. We are not allowed out of our bubble, so we have not been allowed to eat elsewhere, but if you can, I would. I have been served undercooked pasta five nights in a row, which tastes of salt, then meat and fried potatoes, which again tastes like it has been preserved in salt. Day 5 and the vegetarians in our group are stiil being served meat which could be considered quite funny, but they were not impressed. Although the staff are very apologetic, it is then replaced somewhat later with a greasy omelette which looks extremely unappetising and lonely on its plate but the soup is okay. They didn't have any sauces or gravy to serve with the food at the beginning of the week so the food tasted very over cooked, salty and dry, but we did get gravy this evening, so it has improved a little. I have been craving some vegetables with my dinner but greasy Salty eggplant is the only option. Oddly, mixed veg is served at breakfast. They dont really understand dietary requirements, so if you are ceoliac, best not chance it. I maybe doing the catering staff a dis-service, because they may have been drafted in from a different occupation, like myself and just doing their best in difficult circumstances. Catering is clearly not their forte. Everyone seems friendly enough.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per qualche notte. Ubicato in una posizione ottima per muoversi comodamente in auto. La nostra stanza era abbastanza grande, comoda e dall’altro lato dell’autostrada quindi abbastanza silenziosa, bagno con doccia molto grande. Ottima la pulizia. Dalle fotografie proposte mi aspettavo qualcosa in più invece la stanza era arredata in modo molto spartano e gli spazi comuni sono un po’ datati. Ottima l’idea della stanza attrezzata a cabina armadio anche se qualche stampella in più sarebbe gradita. Non mi ha soddisfatto la colazione. Poca scelta di torte (una pastiera, una crostata ed un ciambellone che è stato lì per 3 giorni e l’ultimo giorno era diventato duro e immangiabile. Nel complesso non male ma si potrebbe migliorare molto
