Great, friendly, accommodating and helpful staff especially 琪琪, 小红 and 小张。The chamber maid was also very attentive and helpful. Pleasant experience and will stay again in the future.

Clean, tidy and cozy. Though the location is not near mtr, it's quite close to some sight seeing places, it's not expensive to take taxi to thoses points.

Good location. Clean and spacious room. Mini mart, McDonald and Chinese restaurant nearby. Staff are friendly and courteous.

Though it is a small business hotel, there is a gym and free self washing service in the hotel which is a plus.
Breakfast is fair.

Good location with just 15 minutes taxi from high speed train. The staffs are very friendly and professional, will help collected taobao parcel for me.

The family room we book is very good. It is spacious. With a tent and a toy horse. My daughter's do not even want to go out. (Partially because it was very cold then).

Not too far away from the high speed train (GZ South) station, nice breakfast offer, a quiet and relaxing overnight stay.

First time visited Shunde though we have been to Guangzhou many times. Very impressed by the smooth check in. We arrived hotel earlier and was happy to have rooms assigned. We booked two rooms and both rooms were very new, well appointed and meticulously clean.
Breakfast was included and very adequate for the price. We enjoyed it.
Concierge was ever ready to provide assistance. When we encountered difficulties booking high speed train with foreign passport, 星星 helped us booked it successfully and with great patience. We would like to specially commend and mention 星星， 小李 and 琪琪for their great guest support and willingness to go extra mile to provide guest related assistance. Kudos to these three ladies.
