The hotel insisted on charging me extra bed although I already booked for 3persons

The hotel is really good and comfortable. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The reservation process is so smooth and short. Services are up to the costumers’ satisfaction. The location of the hotel is in the downtown so every thing is so close and accessible.

I stayed for 3 weeks in this hotel. This is so nice for long stay. Housekeeping staffs make room cleaning everyday without needed to call. Receptionists are also friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is delicious, variety of menus and dining space is clean and quiet. I would surely come again to this hotel if I had a chance.

We had a lobby service at this hotel. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Also the food is delicious and dining place is quiet and clean. We would definitely come again to this hotel if there is a chance. I heard that the hotel has also disco and pub at night time. It would be so great for leisure travellers.

i always book in city tower hotel only , because the place is good for relaxing after a very busy day in work, the manager also is very accomodating , just a little comment on the staff for housekeeping, it takes time for them to give extra towels.

Good Hotel, stayed with my wife . appreciate the Frontline officer Mr Haroon for his friendly behavior and professionalism . Stayed in 1103 king room, nice sea view though from distance. You will not find in the money like this in Fujairah. Expect more attention to the bed cleaning

It was awesome and wonderful experience staying at City tower.Staff and manager was very supportive and cooperative Service was very good and the room was very comfortable. Atmosphere was good and all staff willing to help at any point of time even during midnight

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staffs were always motivated to help us.The hotel ambience was lovely. Mr Haroon, the hotel Manager was very helpful and kind to us. He really helped. The hotel is outstanding and we will recommend you should stay in this hotel.

In winter time I travel monthly to Gulf countries to enjoy the Wadis, Mountains, deserts and the countryside. In Fujairah I always stay in City Tower . I enjoy care and hospitality of the staff. They are there for me at all time. City Tower is a second home to me and staff as my family members. It’s always a great pleasure to be there.

The hotel is cosy and nice for leisure everything you need in one place actually when you want to enjoy its the best. It is value for moeny In the sametime it is surrounded with many hotels. Also there is a nice restaurant nearby called Zebian, .supermarket very close to it and ATM 300 m from the hotel I would like to thank the front desk staff specifically Haroon he is one of the best staff and helpful
