Atlas Grand Hotel

酒店離加米施火車站走路15分鐘，酒店裝飾古典豪華。前台服務態度好。前台有免費果汁🍹和香檳🍾️早餐種類不是特別多但質量好，有三文魚🍣。

This a very nice vintage style hotel in the best street of Pa area. The hotel staff is so friendly and courteous. Nice bar, nice restaurant too. We stayed for a night only but would have loved to stay longer. Rooms are big with super views, nice balcony and big bathrooms. Beds are comfortable. Before I booked I had read some reviews on old furniture/ furnishings.. but trust me, it’s very clean and well maintained. The hotel room has old style furniture but it is well maintained and very very clean. We booked a breakfast in advance and then did not have it as we were not hungry. The staff was ready to adjust it against any other F&B bill, which we think was amazing service. Finally because they were fully sold out for dinner, they refunded the amount in cash. Truly impressed with this.. Go for Atlas Grand Hotel.. you will love it.

Amazing week long stay at the Atlas-Grand Hotel. I was here for a conference and they absolutely treated us like treasured guests. The manager and all the staff were friendly and engaging. They met every request with understanding and enthusiasm. The rooms were older but well appointed. Our room was very comfortable (even without air conditioning) with a terrace and beautiful view of the mountains. Breakfast and tea was wonderful in the hotel restaurant. The location is also amazing with walkable hiking and great food. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.

The Atlas Hotel is in the old part of Garmisch. Beautiful street. Be aware not all rooms are supplied with a kettle and tea / coffee making facilities. Some balcony rooms have a view of the mountains. Staff very friendly and helpful. The pool is a natural spring. Lots of people used it outside terrace a lovely place to relax. Breakfasts are rather expensive.

We had originally booked the Atlas Sport Hotel, but they moved us to the Atlas Grand Hotel after presumably overbooking. The Atlas Grand Hotel has a luxury lodge atmosphere and the staff were very friendly and helpful. If staying in Garmisch-Partenkirchen on leisure in the future, we would love to stay here again.

We only stayed for a few nights but had a brilliant time. The staff were lovely, as was the food, and it's only a short walk to the train station. The area itself is gorgeous and as one of the staff was telling us about planned renovations to the hotel, I imagine it'll only get better.

Loved the mountain view from the room balcony. The rooms were clean and fairly spacious. It’s an old hotel with ageing infrastructure so there’s loud crunching sounds from the toilet radiator but all this was fine except for the poor service. Front desk was somewhat disinterested and unhelpful. The breakfast buffet never seemed ready and they were severely understaffed with one waitress running up and down while ignoring the guests. On our last morning there, they converted the buffet breakfast into an ala carte one and we waited one hour for our food to be served! Wouldn’t recommend this hotel despite the good location and lovely balcony view.

Schönes, nostalgisches Hotel. Zwischen dem "traditionellen Stil" und etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist allerdings ein schmaler Grat. Unser Zimmer war im Nebengebäude, wo wir dann noch das Zimmer wechseln mussten, weil im (veralteten) Bad nicht alles funktionierte. Der Service dabei war aber vorbildlich, wie auch sonst die Mitarbeitenden sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend waren. Unser Zimmer war wie gebucht schön gross und sauber, wir haben gut geschlafen. Gegessen haben wir nicht im Hotel. Vieles ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die (meist fehlende) Beleuchtung vom Neben- zum Hauptgebäude ist wegen der vielen Treppenstufen etwas gefährlich, sobald es dunkel ist.

Ok. Wir kamen schon um 12:30 Uhr an, um 15:00 Uhr wäre der offizielle Anreisetermin. Wir fragten ob das Zimmer schon fertig sei. Leider nein. War ja kein Problem. Wir sind dann nach Garmisch und kamen um 15:30 Uhr zurück. Tja, leider das Zimmer war noch nicht fertig. So ca. In 10 Minuten wäre es dann soweit. Die kurze Wartezeit verbrachten wir dann wartend in der Lobby. Unsere Nachfrage (es hat sich keiner bei uns bemerkbar gemacht) nach 15 Minuten verneinte man wieder. Es dauert noch ca. 20 Minuten. Wir saßen mit unseren Koffern und Mäntel also weiter herum. Man brachte uns einen Kaffee zur Überbrückung. Dann sind wir einfach ans Zimmer und die Zimmerdame war noch nicht mal zur Hälfte fertig. Also nicht dass wir eine Suite gebucht hatten😬. Leider bekamen wir auch danach keine Info, dass das Zimmer jetzt fertig ist. Mein Mann ging einfach nochmal ans Zimmer und siehe da, um 17:30 Uhr war es plötzlich für uns bereit. Wir waren im rosafarbenen Anbau untergebracht. Optisch 60er Jahre. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und die Beleuchtung im Zimmer eher mau. Gottseidank hat man heutzutage eine Handytaschenlampe. Im Badezimmer hängen in der Dusche und am Waschbecken leere Halterungen, wahrscheinlich für Seifenspender. Es waren jedoch keine zu sehen. Man ging wieder auf die kleinen Einwegduschgelfläschchen über. Teppichboden und das gesamte Interieur ist ziemlich alt und sehr dunkel. Die Einrichtung in der Lobby und im Speiseraum ist zwar nicht mein Geschmack, aber insgesamt stimmig. Im Speiselokal gibt es nur begrenzte Auswahlmöglickeiten und wenig Sitzplätze. Insgesamt hatten wir den Eindruck, dass das Personal ziemlich überfordert war, jedoch immer freundlich. Parkplätze sind seeeehr begrenzt(also genau 4), dad öffentliche Parkhaus ist aber in 1 Minute zu erreichen. Dort kann man für € 5,00 pro Tag parken. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, es liegt mitten in Partenkirchen
