環境非常好，旁邊就是Arena體育館，和很大的足球場，一個康復中心，非常安靜！但是房間是咖啡機時好時壞，特別糟心的是，櫃子上的小垃圾桶裏垃圾沒清理，上一個客户吃的冰激凌盒子什麼的都還丟在裏面！

Sehr gute Lage für Schalker. Leider gab es zum Frühstück erst auf Nachfrage Kaffee, Automaten waren außer Betrieb, Personal überfordert. Im Badezimmer gibt es nur eine Badewanne mit hohem Einstieg zum Duschen.

Am Hotel ist nichts auszusetzen. Ausnahme: Den Preis mit ca. 200,- € pro Nacht finde ich zu hoch. Ich war, wie die meisten anderen Hotelgäste wahrscheinlich auch, zu einem Schalke-Spiel da. Da wird dann natürlich beim Preis ausgenutzt, dass die Hütte auf jeden Fall ausgebucht sein wird. Kann man aber mal machen. Es ist natürlich absolut klasse, dass man quasi direkt aus der Arena ins Bett fallen kann und sich nicht in die überfüllte Straßenbahn quetschen muss, insbesondere bei einem Abendspiel. Selbstverständlich ist bis spät in die Nacht noch ganz schön viel Action in der Hotel-Lobby. Aber zu einem Fußballspiel will ich das auch gerne so haben.

It was fine - just expensive because there was a game on at the stadium. Plan to go when there is no game - the room cost doubles.

I booked a room at this hotel as a family member underwent surgery and was having rehab at the centre next door. I had to leave quickly and booked a room the day I left. My room was okay, but the price was 250 Euros. When queried, staff said that was because there was a soccer game at the stadium next door. Very expensive!

I was recovering from major back surgery organized by ONZ spine, which puts you here after the hospital. Hospital has state of the are beds for spine surgery recovery. This hotel HAS THE WORST POSSIBLE BEFS FOR SPINE SURGERY RECOVERY! Details: soft, no support. Forces spine to bend and twist, sort of like doing backstroke ONE WEEK AFTER SPINE SURGERY! There are many hotel options within 25 minutes drive of Medicos rehab facility eith better beds! Hotel staff is unresponsive, don’t answer room phones. And told me “all our beds are the same “ Unacceptable! You have been warned

Stayed here 2 nights for England v Slovakia. Lovely place, 200 meters from the stadium, great staff. Very friendly. Wasn’t a fan of the breakfast but everything was just perfect. First night in a suite was £200. 2nd night in a twin room (night of the game) £500. Bit naughty doubling the price.

People on the reception are rude and they can laugh at your face! The internet is very slow, apparently in 4 star hotel you need to pay for a fast WiFi. The worst 4 star hotel I’ve ever been to. There is never a manager in this hotel. And when you ask for one, he/she is in Düsseldorf and it is impossible to reach this manager via phone call. And when you leave the staff is laughing behind your back. Don’t recommend it! The food in the hotel is also not the best. Guys working in the kitchen are great! But that’s all.

Stayed here for euros 2024 game as it is literal 2 minute walk to the stadium. I had mixed experience with front desk and breakfast staff but Mo was always helpful. Breakfast had a nice spread so that was great but it was 20 euros for adults and 10 for kids. Room service every other day was appreciated. Beds were comfy but room was always warm since apparently they do not have a/c, it’s only a ventilation/circulation system. Overall, I needed it for the local and it served its purpose.

€10 a night parking isn't free. Exceptionally grumpy front desk staff with their faces buried in their devices to avoid customer interaction. Mediocre rooms that lack the basics like a kettle. When they finally brought a kettle, they didn't bring any mugs. Food is overpriced and bland.

ACHTUNG!!!! VERMEIDET dies Hotel, wenn ihr kein Probleme haben wollt!!! Das Hotel bietet explizit NUR nichterstattungsfähigen Zimmer-Raten. Wenn eine Veranstaltung abgesagt wird oder verlegt wird, besteht keine Möglichkeit, die Buchung zu ändern oder aus Kulanz zu stornieren. Ihr bekommt nur maschinelle Antwort, dass man bei einer Stornierung oder Änderung 100% Gebühren berechnen wird. Es ist ein reiner Betrug, nur diese Rate anzubieten, damit die Gäste nie ihr Geld zurück bekommen oder bei einer Änderung doppelt bezahlen müssen. Ich arbeite auch in der Hotellerie, aber so etwas erlebe zu erstem Mal. Schämt euch, stay by scammer (friends). Werde zukünftig diese Kette vermeiden und allen Bekannten und Freunden abraten, hier zu buchen.

Quiyet quite new hotel some scool and football area, just near by Veltins arena (by Shalke) Staff was okay, breakfast okay, nor wow but good. Some Shalkes academy players ate breakfast same restaurant. Room was positive suprise, thank for that, Corner room by 7th floor (717), parkin i think including, we parking from street.
