Jufa Hotel Annaberg

Great place with lots of facilities, also for children. Staff very helpful and friendly. Our room was cosy, clean and original! There are lots of nice walks nearby. Breakfast was included. All meals are buffet style. I would prefer a la carte, but I presume it would be too difficulties to do this for many people. Overall a very relaxing and pleasant experience

+ clean + lovely nature + well equipped for children + tasty buffet dinner + small but cute room with well kept toys + large climbing and playing area - The hotel website states that they can be reached by public transport, through the next train station. It fails to mention that it is 6 km from the train station to the hotel. No (real) bus option, no pickup service, no taxis. In fact, cannot be reached by public transport and hotel staff were baffled that we would even want to try. - Hotel staff were very friendly but sadly not very helpful. For instance, we asked for rainy weather activities and were handed a list, 2/3 of which were options that were closed. - Breakfast was lovely, but I had hoped that there would be some fresh fruit. - There was a nice collection of board games and jigsaw puzzles for all ages, but many were missing parts and more than well loved.

Awesome place to stay with kids. Super friendly staff, proximity to ski slopes, playgrounds for kids, huge breakfast selection makes this place perfect. I would welcome dinner alla vařte as buffet dinner is a bit pricy when you only want some small snack

Great hotel with exceptional facilities. We stayed there for 1 night and the food was great, the room was brilliant, staff were friendly and the location is amazing. Would recommend. Seems expensive on the face of it but the quality, location and staff more than justify it.

Everything was great and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Although we had made a mistake by booking the wrong dates, we still got accommodated immediately and assisted in everything. Room was very comfortable and clean having all the needed amenities and also food was very good with a variety of choices. The only small downside was the parking place from which we had to walk quite a lot as the stairs connecting it with the hotel entrance were blocked. Otherwise I would definitely recommend it and also I would go back with my family.

The combination of the ski tracks and close hotel - with a lot of accomodies for kids is close to perfection :) - so the value to price ratio is really great. Indoor playground, delicous food (which is not always the same) and friendly staff is giving you a great enjoyable package. We wil come again. PS: because its a question below: you cannot rent ski in the hotel, but right opposite there is a rental shop for all ages, sizes and favorite item (ski, snowboard) ... i have also seen helmets and shoes... but this was not rented by us.

We had an excellent vacation at Jufa. The staff responded positively and quickly to all our requests. The location is a dream with multiple possibilities for leisure, adventure and mountain hiking around. Breakfast very good and sufficient.

My wife sister and myself visited for a skiing trip the middle of March 2020 It’s perfectly situated for skiing in the winter and hiking /zip lining in the winter, the staff were amazingly friendly to the extent they ensured My wife’s favourite drink was in stock for her, I would recommend and revisit .

We have spent jut 4 days at JUFA in Annaberg, and it was probably one of the best ski holidays so far... Very nice Hotel especially for smaller kids and families. The service and the whole experience was OUTSTANDING. The Hotel is located exactly at the slope, so you just walk out and in 10 steps you can start skiing. Excellent for smaller kids, even the lift is covered, so small children are protected from snow and cold. Tibor at the top of the lift was distributing chocolate for small kids, a. real warm hearted guy with humor and attention. The Hotel team was also very nice, Barbara at the reception and all other staff members were focused, service oriented - and we really enjoyed the high level of service and their dedication resulted a true great customer experience. Thank you very much , we will be back to that place. Both of our kids 7 and 4,5 enrolled to a ski training at different levels. Our 4,5 years old have enjoyed skiing as well. :-) Real FUN. Sauna and wellness is maybe small, but very nice as well. Really enjoyed it. The whole place is greatly well managed and maintained. The kids "Plitsch-Platsch" is also supergood for small children, together with the indoor play area. Thank you very much for your excellent service.
