Bon emplacement, propriété propre pour un si vieil hôtel. Le service est correct car la plupart sont comme des employés à temps partiel et n'utilisent jamais vraiment aucune de leurs installations. Pour un tel tarif, pas grand chose à redire.

Wonderful location walking distance from the station and easy access to sight see. Loved the view of the river. Very small balcony. Room was ok. Smaller bathroom. Rooms were clean. Luckily had a lift as there was lots of steps. We only stayed here one night so it was perfect.

I had the very small single room with a Juliet balcony and it was perfect, clean and comfortable !! I stayed three nights and I really didn’t want to leave this charming hotel. Great value in an amazing location. So easy to jump on a bus too if my legs were tired. Reception was friendly even though they keep short hours but my welcome email was thorough and gave me all the codes necessary to get to my room. No restaurant or anything fancy but for the value and character and location you can’t beat it Please stay here!!

I booked this hotel for 1 room and 4 nights, the hotel took it upon themselves without my permission to charge my credit card for an additional room. The bathroom & mini fridge are covered in black mold. There’s also clusters of bugs on the ceiling. The 1 chair given to our room was broken, its also so loud and impossible to sleep. The rooms are also so hot, and smell horrible.

If you're looking for a very centrally located accommodation in Geneva, and you basically just expect a good bed and a bathroom, this is a splendid choice! It's practically at the start of the seaside boulevard walk; in the opposite direction you will find the Pointe de la Jonction, hangout for swimming I'm the Rhine for young people. Third direction, old town and cultural district, fourth a short walk to the station. Great site, I bet it will soon be developed to become more posh. The room (no 12) and bathroom were small but clean, had a view towards the lake and was not too noisy. It did the job! Comfy bed! Even a fridge! No AC, but a fan helped me through a hot summer night. Friendly staff. Don't expect breakfast or any other extras, this is a simple place, but provides good value for money in an otherwise expensive city! (One pic is from Bessa, the recommended breakfast place s few blocks away - just simple continental bfst for 6fr, but fair enough.)

Booked the night before via Delta app. We stayed on a Saturday mid Jan2023. Reception office open 8am-3pm. We arrived after the reception office was closed. Received short but efficiently detailed email with check in instructions. We stayed in Room 6 Pros: + Great location. + Close to bus system, which was easy to figure out. We took the bus early in the morning to the Airport. + Walking distance to shopping and restaurants etc. + Great view + Great balcony + Easy check in/out. Very clear instructions + Nice size room + Bed was comfortable + Cute and charming + Area seamed nice and was quiet the night we were there. + Great price! Cons; - Limited outlets to charge devices. - Small, somewhat awkward bathroom. I’m 5’2” and I had trouble reaching the shower head/having it stay in a good spot. But NO complaints about the water quality, quantity, water pressure or temp.

I stayed there for two nights. Hotels in Geneva are expensive but this one is on the cheaper side with good price/value ratio in good location. Mme Teresa was very helpful. Wifi was fast. The view from my single room was not like displayed on the website. I booked several months before check in so I was a bit disappointed about that. Otherwise, everything else good.

To explain my 5 star rating in order not to mislead travelers. Des Tourelles is actually a huge flat / private apartment on a third floor in a beautiful classic style edifice by the Rhone river. That apartment is divided into several smaller units - each of them now a separate room, so there're only 4 or 5 rooms. Reception (on 1st floor) is open only 8 AM to 4 PM, but you can check in out of these times with good hotel communication and codes they provide to enter the bldg and your room. Upon arriving free public transport tickets awaited us in our room, as well the free Wifi info. We were assigned room 34, which is the best imo. It's a big (around 30 m2) corner room with great two side views - one towards the Rhone, old town and the bridge, one towards the street. A nice small salon in the corner turret with several windows and a small terrace above Rhone (see the pic). Room is basic, but with everything you need - small refrigerator, kettle with coffee and tea provided, two queen size comfy beds, TV and seating area with a table in that corner turret. Washbasin is in the room, while there's an added plastic box in the corner or the room serving as a toilet and shower - miniature but OK for a night or two. Location is amazing - few minutes walk to the railway station or to the old town. To make myself clear - this is actually a 2 star hotel, but concerning its price/location/quality ratio I rated it excellent. If you're looking for luxury this isn't a place for you certainly. It's a great choice for an ordinary tourist exploring the city if you don't want to pay enormous Geneva hotel prices. This hotel was below 100 CHF a night, while in vicinity you can find others at double or triple prices. There is no breakfast option, but you can have it in one of many cafes around, or stock up the fridge and have it in that salon with amazing views. Just to anticipate the location (not the quality of course), next door is the Mandarin Oriental hotel starting at 500+ CHF
