Hotel very clean and comfortable.. staff is very friendly..

Room was great, me and my family enjoyed the amenities and the location is close to attractions and local foods. Generally hotel staffs were nice and helpful but would definitely hoping to see more welcoming smiles at the front desk.

Room was assigned considerable rest view as we can partially see great Seaview. However, Overpriced hotel if to compare to Kuala Lumpur Standard. Hotel is newly built and opened. The sofa is too long and blocked the way to open and close the curtains. At this price and design of the sofa, auto curtains is expected and coffee machine should be provided in the room. The bedsheets was rough and really below Marriott standard. The corridor is not spacious and wide enough (5"feet) as expected for this overpriced hotel. The entrance door to room also not as wide as expected.

Friendly and helpful crews! Nice room n environment! Just that may consider to provide kids stool as kids are too short to reach the basin for brush up.

hotel is new, lobby is well designed. room is worse then any other Marriott's room, room is not very big, the curtain is not auto controlled so you have to straddle the couch to close.it. which is stupidly designed like this. the toilet stink like renovation company don't know how to seal the toilet nicely and the room uses cheap material and did not try to make up for it, the moment I entered the room, my eyes and nose were blind by the propionaldehyde. not to mention the moment you pull open the drawer and closet, very strong smell hit me so hard even I felt sick. I guess the receptionist was an intern, he even didn't know how to help deposit customer's luggage, he just stumble for like a guide book forever while I stood waiting for a piece of receipt to identify my luggage only.

Excellent service during my stay. Food delicious was delicious throughout my stay.

ペナンで最高のステイができるホテルです。 お部屋も新しく洗練されていて、色合いや装飾、ベッドのクオリティの良さがとても居心地良いものにしてくれました。 何よりもスタッフ全員のホスピタリティがとても素晴らしくて感動的でした。今回娘と2人で宿泊しましたが、娘に対して皆さんが常に笑顔でフレンドリーに接してくださったことがとても嬉しかったです。 キッズクラブも充実していて、担当スタッフさん達はとても優秀です。娘は毎日楽しそうに利用していました。 マイナス面は、部屋の冷蔵庫が小さすぎてドリンクが冷やせない、あえてだと思いますがドライヤーが重くて使いにくいという点が気になりましたが、ぜひまた泊まりたいと思うし、おすすめできるホテルです。 辛辣な評価も見受けられますが、どうか安心して宿泊してみてください。近いうちにペナンを代表するホテルになるでしょう。 楽しいステイをありがとうございました。

在檳城的兩天半，很慶幸選擇了萬豪，房間很寬敞，洗護用品的香型剛好是我喜歡的，早餐也是很豐盛，無論是中式還是西式胃都能被滿足~

酒店很近新，服務態度都很好，泳池泡泡很舒服，出行去城區逛景點吃美食也方便快捷。下次還會選擇。
