Avis : Pink Cabana Hotel

J'ai été un peu déçue en arrivant à mon costume, car il ne ressemblait pas du tout aux photos. Il n'était tout simplement pas assez rose. Je m'attendais à un rose intense, mais c'était plutôt subtil. J'oserais même dire trop subtil ! Cependant, la chambre m'a séduite et j'ai passé un séjour confortable. Le lit et les oreillers étaient excellents, les serviettes étaient agréables, tout comme la salle de bain. J'y retournerais sans hésiter.

Le séjour en lui-même a été plutôt agréable : la chambre était propre et confortable. Cependant, l'enregistrement et le départ auraient pu être plus agréables. À mon arrivée à la réception, j'ai informé le personnel que j'avais réservé une chambre, mais je suis resté silencieux, sans un mot de bienvenue. Son attitude était froide et peu accueillante. Au moment du départ, j'ai demandé si nous avions versé un acompte. Il a insisté pour que nous présentions un reçu, ce qui m'a poussé à fouiller anxieusement dans mes affaires, pour finalement me rendre compte qu'aucun reçu ne nous avait été remis à l'arrivée. Globalement, le service client du personnel (étranger) pourrait être amélioré pour une expérience plus accueillante. Cela dit, je tiens à féliciter l'une des employées de nuit, une Indienne nommée Nava (si je ne me trompe). Elle était incroyablement chaleureuse, attentionnée et gentille. Son service client s'est vraiment démarqué et a fait toute la différence lors de notre séjour. Merci pour votre gentillesse, Nava.

The location is very convenient. Central of the city. Go to famous coffee shops and shopping malls are just 5 to 10 min distance. The room is clean, but the toilet has some weird smells. Overall quite satisfied.

So far so good. Semua okay. Location nice. Service baik. Tempat bersih. Cuma parking ja mahal sikit 🤣 overall 8/10 😍

Great service and decent facilities, but one major issue – the noise. Being so close to the main road, traffic sounds went on all night, and the room had no soundproofing to block it out. Wouldn’t recommend for those who need quiet to sleep.

Everything was good,got a pool to swim,got a cafe to eat and i got a quite room superb! Near to town easy to walk around!

Very convenience, just cross road i cant get famous cendol ais. As mentiln everything is pink..haha

It’s really pink—just like in the Barbie movie! Not the best, but definitely better than I expected, especially for the price. The room was clean, with strong water pressure, and the bed and pillows were just right for me. No cockroach sightings, which is always a plus!That said, be aware that the washroom silicone can be a bit mouldy and worn out due to the building’s age and Penang’s humid weather. Location wise is perfect. 5 mins walk to Komtar, Penang Road Nyonya Chendul and 10mins walk to Chowrasta Market and Kimberly Night Market. Overall, I had a lovely stay.

I stayed at Pink Cabana Hotel for one night, and while it was okay for a short stay, there were several issues that need attention. The floor had sand, and no sandals were provided, which made it feel like the room wasn’t cleaned properly. On a positive note, the toilet was surprisingly clean. The air conditioning was poorly positioned—it only cooled one double bed while the other bed received little to no airflow, making it quite uncomfortable. It seems like the unit hasn’t been serviced in a while. In terms of service, the Vietnamese receptionist was friendly and welcoming. However, the other staff member (a Penang local) was not as approachable, which was disappointing. A more customer-friendly attitude would make a big difference. The biggest downside was the parking fee! —RM12 for parking from 3 PM to 10 AM the next day felt excessive. Overall, the hotel is fine for a quick stay, but there are definitely areas that need improvement.

the service is really good but so bad there is no mini bar in the room.
