Overall a nice hotel, especially given the price. However, the experience was tainted by a couple of things. First of all, the check in was poor. We arrived late due to delays with the flight. We had to check in to the sister hotel Filion where we received no information or whatsoever. Two days later we received a single paper with very little information. Everytime we wanted help, we felt like we were in the way. The hotel manager Stelios always seemed to be in a rush, giving us crumbles of information at once. They said that they would provide transfer to the beach, but we were given no timetable or where the transfer would depart from. Same here, when we asked for clarification, they just shrugged and gave us the bare minimum answer. It’s 30 min walk to the beach. On narrow roads where they drove like crazy, so we were dependent on the transfer. Secondly, the cleaning was poor. They forgot to change the towels and make the bed twice. Thirdly, the food is a bit bland at times and could be more varied. The drinks were good though. In addition, a lot of entertainment and activities that was provided on the website was not located at the hotel but on the sister hotel Filion. It was difficult to get transfer from the hotel to Filion, and the walk there was quite long and on some rough roads. It would be better to get that information beforehand when booking at T-hotel. There were some positives, the room and pool area were really nice. There was plenty of room by the pool and our room was spacious enough to fit 6 adults. We also enjoyed the activities and the sister hotel. We could write a novel about this, but to sum it up, the hotel was severely understaffed. The manager Stelios felt stressed coming of as rude. The other staff members were doing their best in helping, but got scolded in front of our eyes. The last day, we asked whether we could eat after the checkout or not, and one of the staff members said we could eat. But Stelios did not agree, charging us 12euros, for the exact same food we’d eaten the entire week. The staff need to sit down and agree on what’s provided and not. We were put in a very uncomfortable situation multiple times because of the discrepancy.
