We recently hosted a corporate event at lemon tree hotel and would like to express our sincere appreciation for the exceptional service and arrangements. Everything was managed professionally — from the ambiance and hospitality to the smooth coordination throughout the event. Our team and guests were extremely satisfied with the overall experience. A special thanks to Mr Umashankar ji and Chef Kundan Rawat for the delicious and beautifully presented food. The variety, taste, and quality exceeded our expectations. Many of our guests personally appreciated the culinary spread, especially the live counters and desserts. Looking forward to collaborating again for future events.

Let me start my review with the only negative experience I faced here and get that out of the way first – Lemon Tree EDM Kaushambi needs to hire more professional reservation staff. They're the first line of interaction when trying to book the property. I almost cancelled my stay here because of an unsavory telephonic interaction with their reservation team, which was only sorted out after I made a complaint with the hotel chain. Coming to our stay, we had a great time here. Room: we had to wait a bit (30 minutes) to check-in because our room wasn't ready yet. We didn't mind as the lobby premises were comfortable & clean. The room turned out great and spacious enough with comfortable & clean bed; a lounger; and small but clean bathroom with disposables, toiletries, and fresh towels. Perks: refreshments tray, 1 bottle of water per guest per day, small fridge, cupboards, hangers, robes, safe, desk & chair, free WiFi (only for mobile, NOT FOR TV), central air conditioning Service: polite and quick service with a smile. Turndown service and room cleaning was provided on asking - cleaning lady did a good job. Pool: small pool on the 4th floor with some poolside seating. Water was clean, good enough for a dip. Policy: lenient! This is one of the things we really liked about this property - you're allowed to get some alcohol and smokes, and even enjoy them poolside. Made our evening, really. We requested a slightly late check-out and were granted until 2pm. Noice. Location: the hotel is right next to EDM shopping mall. We didn't have to worry about our meals and ordering food - just stepped out into the mall for our meals & coffee. 10/10 on convenience there. All in all, a memorable stay here at a good price. Would definitely consider for future stays.

Awesome place,food and services. Nice decor and well maintained function hall. Even in the these time there was no issues faced by us. Thanks to Mr. Uma Shankar and entire team for making our function memorable. Such a great management of staff and everything.appreciate the whole management. Best place to make family functions memorable.

i visit here for the birthday celebration of my cousin. It was amazing and incredable.i also plan my engedment here for next month.

Amazing front desk at the EDM Mall Lemon Tree hotel. Akanshi wished us every morning with a very pleasant smile. She also followed up during the day with us on how we were doing. Anup/Anoop Sharma worked on all our cab bookings and ensured we were had a homely feeling. The Chef, Thapa, Anup Saxena and mostly Raju Verma ( a person who could not hear /special needs server) were amazing. The General Manager, Mr. Asthana took time out from his busy schedule to meet us and also asked about our stay. Very clean lobby, prompt laundry and very nice Citrus Cafe. My and my wife will always return to this hotel again as it was a very inclusive and empathetic experience.

We visited this hotel as I have an interview at Delhi. It was good located while you are coming from UP. Room size was good however it seems bit old. Brekfast set up nice and taste was also good. Staff were good and supportive. They have small swimming pool as well although I did not enjoy. I will revisit this hotel.

Wonderful place for family get together all staff was professional and helpful and specially Mr. Umashankar very helpful.

We had corporate lunch. Very good food and experience. Rohit and Nandan took care of operations very nicely. Highly recommended for big gatherings.

Arrival was handled quickly and well ,was allotted Room 425. Wi-fi seemed not to connect inside the room although near the Reception, it worked fine.Room was clean, had a King bed and an extra bed was provided very fast. Bathroom amenities were first class esp. the lemon-sweet body lotion served in a dispenser. The wash-basin had a crack; showing the hotels' age no-doubt. Enjoyed then outdoor pool, but there is no life guard. However with a depth of just 4.8' the pool is as safe as can be for adults who are a bit careful. Food in the Citrus Cafe was portioned well, appealing and tasty. Nikhil seemed to be the head there and had a grip on everything since many of his staff seemed novices. The breakfast buffet was varied in terms of dishes and refilling at the peak seemed fine. We also received hot fresh paranthas at the table served with yoghurt and pickle! Check-out was smooth as well. Ankita had her smile in evidence and we departed having enjoyed our stay over-all. In-room dining however I must add, needs improvement. It took far too long just to get glasses delivered!
