Perfectly located, all facilities are a few minutes walk away. Families with children are welcome. The hotel and rooms are beautifully decorated. The mattress is comfy, the rooms are big. The food buffet is tasty and variable every day. The roof pool is amazing, bath towels are provided, you can have food and drinks in the cafe. All nice, quiet and relaxing. The Spa area downstairs has a pool, steam sauna, regular sauna and a massage rooms. Massage is really good, professional, I advice to try a kase peeling and a foam massage:) The staff is friendly, helpful and polite. Speak basic English.

I stayed in this hotel 4 nights. While booking, I did request to room far from the restaurant and entrance facing room because of the very loud music ( restaurant) and constant small of the cigarette ( from the balconies facing both entrance). I sent a few msg, nobody replied to confirm. However in arrival I got the room requested. Staff speak barely English. To order a orange juice I had to show/ explain with my hands Breakfast was mostly the same, dinner variable and tasty. No juices was on the buffet. The strong point of this hotel is the roof pool. Thermal water, very hot, good for relaxing. However,some of customers was really annoying: speaking ( shouting) VERY loudly on phone/video call. Also they was very drunk ( at 14 h). They completely ignored the staff and other guests remarks. Myself, asked them to be more quiet as a response was"Fack" probably only 1 word young Man new in English. He started to put the peanuts, snacks in to the pool trying t get my attention. I stayed calm, until he took bathrobe where was my phone,key card, some personal belongings and out on him I asked him to give it back. He was very aggressive towards me. He didn't understood anything,due to drunkenness. Luckily the staff member took my belongings from his pocket and returned them to me. SPA HOTEL 4 STAR*** THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN! Never ever during my stays in hotels with 5 stars or without any I didn't seen similar customers behaviour. Staff had to stop it straight away and strictly. But nobody did. So. Hotel itself is ok, I mean room what I had. Cleaned every day . Some mold in the bathroom, smell of cigarettes in bathroom coming via ventilation. Spa, so/so . I give hotel 4 *. Just not to harm them with a bad score.But my feedback is definitely not positive.

The hotel provides hot water in the room and SPA, the balcony is very nice, the breakfast is good the hotel room need some upgrade, the first night the thermal water was not available, the check-in process is lengthy, I wish if they keep the spa up to 10:00 PM

Sevgili Black Bird Termal hotelinize, kız kardeşim tavsiyesi üzerine birlikte geldik. Kendisi yılda iki kez geliyor ve bu gelişinde benide getirdi. Personeliniz güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi, ve ilk defa masaj yaptırdım, masajı yapan Ayuu Hanıma çok teşekkür ederim, yemeler ve oda temizliği çok güzeldi,tabiki bazı ufak deffek eksikler var, odamdaki duşa kabin çok yüksek ve dolaptaki emanet kasası çok aşağıdaydı. Çok memn kaldım tekrar geleceğim ve dostlarımada hotelinizi tavsiye edeceğim görüşmek üzere hoşçakalın kendinize iyi bakın Almanya’dan Mustafa Şen.

A beautiful hotel, nice common areas and rooms. Very clean!!! It could be a perfect stay, but the very loud music until past 11pm completely ruined my 1 night. It was a St. Valentine's Day, obviously, I don't care, I just wanted to have a calm and relaxing break. However,as I complained to the manager next morning he was very understandable and excused for the inconvenience caused.Only that why I'm giving a hotel 4 stars instead 2 as I wanted. A very nice SPA with a reasonable price and big selection of treatment. Warm and relaxing termal water pool, great steam sauna.Unfortunally a usual sauna is not very hot. The open air pool "Sky pool" is amazing:) loved it! A big minus that the staff didn't speak any English,or very basic. Impossible ask the questions and communicate. I didn't liked the food served in "full board", to mach fried and fatty food. Even my fried eggs came floating in fat. It may be traditional and oriented on local customers but I definitely will not advise that cuisine. However, next door cafés serving nice local soups,hot and cold drinks,freshly squeezed orange and pomegranate juices for £1 a glass:) And Turkish coffee is an delight. So, overall,I'll come back to this hotel,but as for a quiet room, far from the restaurant. I may be too demanding, but if you staying in 5* hotel you may expect a perfect stay.

Genel itibarıyla otel ve kaldığımız oda temiz ve düzenliydi. Yürüme güçlüğü çeken annemiz için tekerlekli sandalye sağlandı ve otelde geçirdiğimiz süre boyunca biz kullandık. Otel personeli güler yüzlü, ilgili ve oldukça misafirperverdi. Koridorlar tekerlekli sandalye kullanımına uygun genişlikteydi. Otelin her türlü hizmet noktasına (restoran, hamam, vs.) tekerlekli sandalye ile rahat ulaşılabiliyordu fakat otelin girişinde tekerlekli sandalye için rampa olmaması gözümüze çarpan tek eksiklikti. Son olarak, otel görevlilerinin hayvanseverliğini çok takdir ettik. Her ne kadar (ve normal olarak) odalara evcil hayvan kabul edilmediğini öğrensek de, kaldığımız 3 gün boyunca her sabah lobide karşımıza çıkan sevimli kedi ve köpek, otele pozitif bakış açımızı artırarak günlerimizi güzelleştirdi. Yalova'ya yolu düşecek kişilere bu hoteli gönül rahatlığıyla önerebiliriz.

Хочу поделиться впечатлением , которое оставил этот отель . Уютный компактный отель с очень комфортными номерами. В Ялово я была с десяток раз и есть с чем сравнить. Из плюсов : 1. Удобно добираться 2. Отличный спа 3. Вкусная ( как дома) кухня. Повара стараются это видно 4. Обслуживающий персонал приветлив и делает свою работу на 5+ 6. В номерах можно принимать ванну с термальной водой (а это не в каждом отеле). Сами номера комфортные уютные , с хорошей площадью. 7. Отдельные бассейны для женщин и мужчин . Есть и совместный Минусов просто нет Отдельное спасибо менеджеру отеля Чари. Не в каждом отеле можно встретить управляющего, который настолько профессионально справляется со своими обязанностями. Рекомендую к отдыху и SPA
