Ma chambre était impeccable ,propre très éclairé ,une vue magnifique sur le lac kivu en bref très excellent .les mesures du protocole sanitaires bien respectées .les services est vraiment attentionné toujours à l’écoute des demandes de clients

Quelle déception pour un hôtel de ce genre. Vu les prix pratiqués, 250 $ la nuit, on s'attend à ce que la table suive. Quelle déception... C'est à se demander où a été formé le chef... Les basiques ne sont pas acquis... 25$ une simple carbonara à la sauce blanche et jambon blanc... Imaginez la cuisson du saumon... J'ai mangé bien meilleur dans de petits routiers... Seules les chambres méritent...

L'hôtel est aussi formidable en termes d'hospitalité que l'ont exprimé d'autres commentateurs. Je le classerais même parmi les meilleurs de RDC. Cependant, l'approche très libérale visant à supprimer les activités des femmes, encouragée par certains membres du personnel qui semblent même en profiter, conduit certains invités à considérer toute visiteuse à la peau foncée comme un gibier équitable et à les harceler avec persistance. Deux de mes amis congolais, bien que habillés avec pudeur, venus me rendre visite pendant mon séjour ont dû faire face à une situation tellement embarrassante qu'ils ont dû quitter les lieux. Comme mentionné dans une étude précédente, le contrôle du comportement des clients laisse beaucoup à désirer et des mesures appropriées doivent être mises en place.

I'm a regular customer of the Serena and I've been satisfied until now. It was my first time at the Spa and it will be my last. First of all, I made an appointment for a pedicure and manicure, but obviously it hadn't been noted down anywhere and it took them 45 mn to find someone to perform. Then the person giving me the manicure hurt my finger, which bled profusely. We stopped the procedure, but I was still required to pay for it. Having expressed my astonishment, I was still required to pay half, which I did. This spa should be avoided

Really bad experience .. changed rooms twice first my room water system failed as shower and bath tub had only very very hot water. Second room television screen was blank. Restaurant experience 5/10. Cut fruits are not fresh. Not worth anyone's money at all. Better off paying for a regular hotel than an expensive 5 star hotel with poor services.

This is by far the best Hotel in North Kivu, Goma City, Democratic Republic Of Congo. The hospitality is a true 5 star, the scenery, meals and the overall location, overlooking the famous Lake Kivu. I really enjoyed my stay over the festivities in 2021. They have wonderful packages to suit everyone. Thinking about a holiday destination, try out Goma Serena Hotel.☺️

We stayed at this beautiful property for three nights after a recommendation from a friend. The welcome was superb, the staff at the desk were so professional and friendly. Our room was extremely beautiful, clean, specious and the best of views. The food was extremely nice with lots of choices, and not only lot, we must say the chef took his time to do the preparations. The waiting staff were so professional and attentive. We want to send special thank to The General Manager James who welcomed us on arrival and he checked on us every day. We felt so privileged. Thanks to the Team in Serena, we will be back with a big family. We already miss you guys ...

Service is accommodating, efficient and friendly. There is a health club with a spa, a fitness centre and the outdoor pool, however the hotel knows it is about providing the best North Kivu experience so, on its website, you can find a series of interactive guides and things to do, including city tours, mountain gorilla trekking, water sports, … “Immaculately maintained. Superb staff." Quality construction. Award winning design. Luxurious rooms

I enjoyed my stay at the Serena GOMA Hotel. The hotel is exceptionally clean and the staff is professional and very friendly. I encourage anyone who is travelling to GOMA to really consider staying at this beautiful hotel. I will definitely return on my next trip. Raemonde Bezenar Edmonton Canada
