Breakfast is good and complimentary Location is just next to train station Superb view of mount fuji

Receptionist was rude. No greetings, nothing when we entered the hotel and we were the only ones in the reception. The arm gesture he made to us was uncalled for. Water heater and toilet bidet doesn’t work. Offered to pay more to change room but they said no, hotel was full but as we checked on trip.com there were rooms available. Will never come back to this hotel again. They don’t welcome foreign tourist, that’s how we felt. The only good thing about this hotel was the location of the train and bus station to Kawaguchi. Next time I would book Toyoko Inn for a peace of mind. Not worth any photos. Book at your own risk.

This hotel make me feel home i and my family like it and amentitie are nice

I love the location, the buffet spread for breakfast and the happy hour drink and curry rice. Looking forward to stay there again in my next visit.

Location is good .. overall ok to stay . Only the room is a bit run down .

We picked the place cos it’s near the GOTEMBA station. The room has great view to mt Fuji. Amazing ! Another bonus is that you get to take free gotemba outlet shuttle ( 15 mins interval ) 4 times per hr! Isn’t it great! The downside of the hotel is that it’s very old. The walkway, door and fixtures all looks rundown and no maintenance. You can literally hear the mattress spring as u turn. The orange light made the toilet quite creepy too.

Hotel’s just right across the train station, very convenient. There’s a buffet breakfast and drinks after 5pm. Good value for money.

I’d be highly likely to recommend this to my family and friends coming to Gotemba for the first time. 1. Very accessible to the JR Gotemba train and Gotemba Eki bus stations (they are just across the hotel. Nice great restaurants around this hotel. 2. Good services, friendly reception 3. Good value for money I could have stayed for more days here but all rooms were already fully booked by then.

房間可以直接看到富士山的，早餐7點開始，我2天都沒吃到😥一天要坐6．45分去須走口五合目的巴士，一天要趕7點05分的電車…. 酒店還提升每日一天的免費生啤，我兩天都喝了🙏非常感謝🤗

貪這酒店近御殿場站所以book一晚，之前爬文見這家比較殘舊已有心理準備，的確是非常非常殘舊，日久失修的模樣，免冶馬桶是壞的，噴咀向下射水，那噴咀佈滿污漬，恐怖非常。房間呎數足夠大，有張梳化用布包裹著，坐上去跟睡床一樣完全感覺到彈簧鬆脫。 6樓的山景房富士山景會被前面水塔阻擋，如果book山景房記得備註高樓層的，不過我不會建議這家，因為近御殿場站而又有山景的酒店還有選擇，除非你想感受70年代裝修陳設的話。

位置非常方便，就在JR御殿場站馬路對面，去御殿場的接駁巴士站衹要穿過JR站就到了，附近還有一個很大的葯粧店和運動品牌工廠店（賣阿迪耐克美津農之類的，時間太趕就沒去逛了），甚至還有とら屋。房間確實很舊了，衞生條件一般吧，類似於中國小縣城裡酒店的水平，早餐可以算是豐盛，服務蠻好的，前台的姐姐好像最近看的日劇《熱點》裏的繪里姐。這個位置和價格我覺得沒什麼可指摘的了。
