Very nice

房間很寬敞和乾淨，酒店服務人員很熱情友好 這個酒店原先是船舶設計的辦公室，後來改建成了一個小酒店，坐落於河岸碼頭邊，樓下就是一個小餐館，魚特別不錯。 周圍很方便，超市酒吧都有，出門可以坐船去舊城區。

❗️BED BUGS ❗️ The room appeared clean and provided the essentials, initially giving no cause for concern. However, about 90 minutes after going to bed, I woke up to intense itching. I discovered red bumps scattered across various parts of my body. I spent a sleepless night struggling with non-stop itching and discomfort. In the morning, I showed the bumps to the receptionist, who acknowledged them but merely suggested I email the hotel. Over the following days, I suffered from over 60 red, swelling, and itchy bumps, and had to use medical cream prescribed. Despite sending emails with photos of the bites, the receipt for the prescribed treatment, and making daily phone calls to demand a refund, the hotel has up until today failed to respond. I was repeatedly told by the reception that someone would return my call, but I received only silence. Experiencing a bed bug infestation in a hotel that prides itself on its standards is utterly unacceptable. The lack of basic ethical response and customer service to at least offer an apology and compensation is far below any acceptable standards. I strongly urge everyone to steer clear of this establishment. Their disregard for guest welfare and lack of professional response to serious complaints endangers future guests and tarnishes the trust in hospitality standards. Choose a different accommodation to ensure your health and peace of mind.

Quality hotel, lovely feel, all clean and spotless, you could see the daily dust in the corridor as the carpet was a plain brown but it was hoovered daily! Breakfast was amazing with a fantastic selection of meats, cheeses , bacon and eggs, waffles, cereal! Overall 5*

We arrived around midnight to find no one at the reception. After waiting outside, some fellow guests eventually let us in. The self-check-in kiosk required a booking number that we only received after contacting customer service, who took about an hour to respond. Although we finally received assistance, we couldn't locate our assigned room and were offered a substitute of lower quality. We were assured that the correct room would be provided the next day when staff were available. However, the following day, we were unable to switch back to our original room and were instructed to stay in the alternative room for the remainder of our stay

I was very disappointed in the room, not how it is shown on the booking website at all!!! Vile place, there were bed bugs!!! Cleanliness was so poor. Will never ever stay here again. The man at reception didn’t care as well when we told him - my rating would be so low so for this hotel

This is NOT a 4* hotel, this is low end 3* hotel or average 2* hotel. Booking over phone and services/communication have huge space for improvement (you cannot cancel a booking made by mistake within 5 min or if they tell you that they made your booking over the phone, do not believe it, you won't have a room). Rooms outdated, we had a poorly covered hole in the wall. Breakfast was OK.

The reservation page said this was a 4* hotel, which it is definitely not. It doesn't fit any of the Hotelstars Union criteria, but moreover there was: - noone at the reception at 7 p.m. The reception was supposed to close at 9 p.m., - phone queue when calling the number written near the closed reception, - no fridge in rooms, - broken bedside light, - broken lights in the bathroom, only 2 of 4 worked, - loud noise of people arguing at 6 a.m. (walls not thick enough), - no shampoo in the bathroom, - no kettle in room, - no power sockets near beds, - no tea for breakfast, - a laughable "fika available throughout the day", - less breakfast options than I would have expected (and for example, there was no bowl to put the cereals in, so you had to mix them only with bowls which had yoghurt in them). For one day stay, this is a good hostel. As a 4* hotel, this is the worst one I have been in so far.
