Plus points - la situation est bonne et les chambres sont de bonne taille avec des installations décentes Minus points - l'amitié du personnel a été un peu frappé et manqué - certains où grand, certains pas si utile. Le service de la chambre était un peu pathique - un jour sans toiles, un autre jour sans thé et café. J'ai arrivé à 10 h et on m'a dit que le parc était plein et je devrais trouver quelque part pour me garer soit sur la route, soit pour rechercher l'internet pour un parc auto proche ! I do not recommend staying at the B&B Hotel - Graz Hbf -- details are below, but to sum it up, the condition of the hotel room was not appropriate for guests and we should not have been booked, and nothing was done to resolve the horrible smell in the room. My family and I booked two rooms for a weekend in July to stay in Graz to attend the Austrian Grand Prix, and have a hotel in close proximity to the train station. Because there were 4 people in our group, we needed to book two rooms. We were traveling with our young children so we requested rooms near to each other and were assigned rooms next door to each other. The smell and odor in one of the rooms that I was staying in with one of my children was horrible. It was coming from the shower drain, like something was rotting or clogged in there. It smelled as though someone vomited or put something decaying in the shower drain, along with cigarette smoke. It made the entire room smell disgusting. I spoke to the front desk attendant on Saturday morning and was told housekeeping would attend to it immediately. When we returned Saturday evening after being away all day, the smell was still overpowering. I was told the hotel was full and nothing could be done for us. I had the nighttime desk attendant come up to smell the room. I again spoke to the front desk attendant on Sunday morning and was told the room had been checked but nothing could be done. I asked her to please go into the room to understand the terrible smell and to move our room for Sunday night. We were moved to another room that evening since there were rooms available then. Even though it was not very warm outside, both rooms were also very warm, the air conditioning not appearing to be working. The windows did not have screens on them, so if we opened them to try to cool off the rooms (and also to air out the smell in the one room), the room would fill with moths. The condition of the one room was not appropriate for a guest to stay in, and it was an even bigger problem that no one could do anything to fix it. The multiple people at the hotel desk that we spoke with said nothing could be done because it was a weekend and the hotel was full on the Saturday evening. We were unable to sleep because the rooms were so warm and the smell in the one room made us feel ill. They could not provide a cot or roll-away so that all of us could stay in one room instead. I was later told by the hotel management: ”On Saturday morning the room was immediately checked after you spoke with the front deck, and the shower drain was opened and deeply cleaned. We just found out later that it didn't help, as it should, because a brand new part of the drain was needed.” Clearly from this message, there was a serious issue with the plumbing in the room. The condition of the room was not appropriate for guests to stay in it, and we should not have been placed there. L'hôtel est nouveau. Conçu de manière minimale, réduisant les coûts tout en servant les essences. Un auberge, efficacement. Situé à 15 minutes en voiture du centre-ville, l'hôtel propose un parking gratuit pour attirer les résidents. Le petit déjeuner est bon marché (€10.5), le choix est compréhensiblement peu. En bref, il est calme, propre et simple.

Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel Strasser pendant 3 nuits. Cet hôtel appartient désormais aux chaînes hôtelières Best Western. L'emplacement était bien. L'hôtel et notre chambre étaient super propres. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment bien. Et le plus important était l'attitude du personnel, qui était exceptionnelle ! :-) Le parking était également bien.

Le comptoir est très sympathique, la chambre est propre, le comptoir du petit-déjeuner demandera quel type de café est nécessaire, et l'action de nettoyage est également très rapide, mais le personnel de nettoyage n'a pas trouvé que le gel douche était épuisé et n'a pas été remplacé.

J'ai volontairement choisi cet hôtel historique, bien que les équipements soient un peu vieillots, l'intérieur est très beau, la chambre et la salle de bain sont grandes, et le réfrigérateur dans la chambre est encore un peu à clé, ce qui est particulièrement vieillot. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon, en plein centre-ville, très proche des attractions, à distance de marche.

Ottima posizione, a pochi passi dall'opera. Splendido albergo, moderno e molto urban, con interni curati, colori caldi, staff gentile. Sono arrivato molto presto la mattina e mi hanno subito assegnato una stanza, senza sovrapprezzo. Attaccato alla reception si trova un bar con un ampia scelta di gin di tutti i paesi dove questa catena di alberghi è presente. La mia camera dava sulla piazza principale, di per sé assai trafficata, ma l'isolazione delle finestre è ottima e non si sente quasi niente. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo (ho pagato 120 euro). L'unico neo: la camera era piuttosto piccola. Ma pur sempre grande quanto basta

Le temps d'entrée est indiqué comme 13:00-20:00. En fait, la chambre n'a pu être obtenue qu'avant 18:00. Ce n'était pas la réception/gestion qui avait permis à l'ancien client de se placer dans la chambre jusqu'à 17 heures (au lieu de seulement 12 heures). Les conversations de bienvenue à 13h45, 17h25 et 17h50 sont quelque peu tentées; un ”Bienvenue” chaleureux et aimable est différent. Une taxe est due lors de l'entrée, même si la facture a déjà été facturée lors de la réservation, ce qui aurait pu être mentionné sur la confirmation de la réservation ou ailleurs, ou au plus tard lors de l'entrée. Ainsi, l'adoption se traduit par une situation désagréable sous la forme d'un débat avec un receveur puissant, brumeux, apparemment perturbé. La chambre est entièrement équipée : si la baignoire est utilisée comme douche, une fermeture robuste pour la sécurité serait bénéfique en cas de sortie (glissante). Situation: à pied de la gare, très accessible par tram, pas trop loin du centre, correspondant à un peu (mais pas vraiment) de bruit routier jusqu'à 24 heures et à partir de 5h30.

Ich habe für meine Dienstreise dieses Hotel gebucht und bin absolut begeistert. Hier stimmt einfach alles. Die Zimmer sind modern und mit allem ausgestattet. Highspeed WLAN und eine tolle Bar laden zum arbeiten oder verweilen ein. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und einfach nur klasse. Das super freundliche Team runden einen hervorragenden und angenehmen Aufenthalt hier ab. Definitiv nicht mein letzter Besuch hier.
