Plus points - la situation est bonne et les chambres sont de bonne taille avec des installations décentes Minus points - l'amitié du personnel a été un peu frappé et manqué - certains où grand, certains pas si utile. Le service de la chambre était un peu pathique - un jour sans toiles, un autre jour sans thé et café. J'ai arrivé à 10 h et on m'a dit que le parc était plein et je devrais trouver quelque part pour me garer soit sur la route, soit pour rechercher l'internet pour un parc auto proche ! Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel Strasser pendant 3 nuits. Cet hôtel appartient désormais aux chaînes hôtelières Best Western. L'emplacement était bien. L'hôtel et notre chambre étaient super propres. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment bien. Et le plus important était l'attitude du personnel, qui était exceptionnelle ! :-) Le parking était également bien.

Il est considéré comme un hôtel relativement grand en Europe, les hôtels surpeuplés, les petites villes, les hôtels ont leur propre parking, bien sûr, vous devez vous enregistrer à la réception avant de pouvoir trouver le parking d'entrée, d'autres choses sont normales . Je suis allé tôt sans petit déjeuner.

L'hôtel est nouveau. Conçu de manière minimale, réduisant les coûts tout en servant les essences. Un auberge, efficacement. Situé à 15 minutes en voiture du centre-ville, l'hôtel propose un parking gratuit pour attirer les résidents. Le petit déjeuner est bon marché (€10.5), le choix est compréhensiblement peu. En bref, il est calme, propre et simple.

Ottima posizione, a pochi passi dall'opera. Splendido albergo, moderno e molto urban, con interni curati, colori caldi, staff gentile. Sono arrivato molto presto la mattina e mi hanno subito assegnato una stanza, senza sovrapprezzo. Attaccato alla reception si trova un bar con un ampia scelta di gin di tutti i paesi dove questa catena di alberghi è presente. La mia camera dava sulla piazza principale, di per sé assai trafficata, ma l'isolazione delle finestre è ottima e non si sente quasi niente. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo (ho pagato 120 euro). L'unico neo: la camera era piuttosto piccola. Ma pur sempre grande quanto basta

Stayed here for one night in April 2023 and thought it was fine. There is still reconstruction work going on on floor 1 but we didn't hear it. Did I hear it on the weekend? No. The junior suite was absolutely fine with a little balcony and a table outside. I am surprised this hotel doesn't have better reviews on here. POSITIVES: The room was very nice, bed was comfy and staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent too. It is about 5 minutes to walk to the number 6 tram at the Friedhof St. Peter (Cemetery) stop from Moserhofgasse - this gets you into the city very quickly. NEGATIVES: There are only 5 very minor negatives about the stay here, which is the reason it only gets 4 out of 5. 1. Parking charges - you are nowhere near the middle of Graz but they would like you to park in their garage at a cost. Alternatively they offer you green zone parking on the street outside which is free, but only at the weekend. Why on earth they cannot come to some deal with the the BILLA supermarket next door is beyond me, as BILLA car parks are never full up. 2. The pillows were stupidly squashy and there were no spares/extra pillows in the room. 3. We were not offered a Wifi password when we arrived and used BILLA free wifi next door instead. 4. No spoons in the room. Granted they have a very nice Nespresso coffee machine and capsules but no spoons or stirrers for the coffee. The advert stated the room had a fridge - it didn't. 5. The HOTEL TV is a nuisance as the remote didn't work, neither did the HDMI socket. Why hotels switch off HDMI sockets on TVs is ridiculous - this is 2023 and we can bring our own devices, watch what we want on them and be able to plug them into the TV in the hotel. They need to fix this and regularly check their remote controls. If you are stuck for something to do on a Sunday, the Grazer Trödlermarkt (Fleamarket) is within walking distance of this hotel and although you probably won't buy anything, it is a real trip down memory lane looking at all the old junk that they have for sale there.

Ich habe für meine Dienstreise dieses Hotel gebucht und bin absolut begeistert. Hier stimmt einfach alles. Die Zimmer sind modern und mit allem ausgestattet. Highspeed WLAN und eine tolle Bar laden zum arbeiten oder verweilen ein. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und einfach nur klasse. Das super freundliche Team runden einen hervorragenden und angenehmen Aufenthalt hier ab. Definitiv nicht mein letzter Besuch hier.

Modernes, helles sauberes und schön eingerichtetes Doppelzimmer mit großem Balkon. Nettes zuvorkommendes Personal. Guter Begrüßungsgin und schmackhaftes Frühstücksbuffet. Nichts zu beanstanden, gerne wieder.

J'ai volontairement choisi cet hôtel historique, bien que les équipements soient un peu vieillots, l'intérieur est très beau, la chambre et la salle de bain sont grandes, et le réfrigérateur dans la chambre est encore un peu à clé, ce qui est particulièrement vieillot. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon, en plein centre-ville, très proche des attractions, à distance de marche.
