The people are first and foremost the very best. The hotel is beautifully maintained. The location is excellent. The service is superb, especially, Leticia and Hugo! And William, Carolina and everyone else that we met on the property. THANK YOU so much, Barbara and David

This hotel is in my favourite neighbourhood and Guadalajara. It’s truly luxurious without pretense. The toiletries are of exceptional quality in the shower, quality was truly luxurious. Super soft towels. Pistachio truffle upon arrival was a real treat. The staff in both the restaurant and the hotel we’re extremely cordial I had one of the more modest rooms, and it still felt like a luxurious treat

I loved everything about this hotel except the LOUD MUSIC from downstairs restaurant. Why so loud and so early??? It plays all day so if you plan to relax find another hotel. The music starts at 9 am and ends at midnight. And there is a speaker right outside the hallway to the rooms. The vibration is also a problem so you will not only hear it you feel it Terrible

Beautiful hotel in a nice neighborhood. staff are very friendly and helpful to any request. If you are looking for a safe place and walking distance to the cathedral this is the place. Good service by Lety and Hugo in the reception. Perfect hotel that will help you arrange tours and transportation for you. Absolutely recommend this beautiful boutique hotel .

Very lovely boutique hotel. A great location for restaurants and getting to other parts of the city. The staff were very helpful. Our room was the first one as you enter the hotel which we experinced some noise but it wasn't off putting. The decor is well done, the pool was lovely to sit around and the complementary breakfast was nice.

Great hotel, lovely room, friendly people, comfy bed, good size - we loved staying here and are looking forward to coming back some day. No one was using the pool, so it worked well for us on our last day. Plus, It’s a great area to stay in with lots of shops and restaurants close by. About a 20 min walk to the main cathedral in city center. Highly recommend this hotel, we’re sad we’re still not there!

Beautiful property, cute neighborhood, wonderful staff - Hugo and team were attentive to our every request. Will come back to Guadalajara and for sure stay here again! In a great central location, easily walkable to the best things to do in the city.

We stayed in the room with a terrace and it was very beautiful, clean, comfortable and more spacious than expected. The location is perfect - on a picturesque street filled with trees and cafes, walking distance to Chapultepec and also the historic center. Excellent 24/7 front desk reception and outside security made us feel especially safe. Amenities include a heated pool which we were able to use even at night in late November. Go next door to Hera for delicious food and coffees (the music is not as bad as previous reviews mention unless you’re planning to sleep after 9 am and before 4 pm). We can’t wait to come back again!

This hotel is absolutely stunning, very well located and the staff goes above and beyond at all times. It is a gem that we will for sure be staying again whenever in Guadalajara. The kindness and professionalism of their staff is something that we loved. Extra points for having so many restaurants, cafes and bars in walking distance.
