A hotel for people looking for a homely and family atmosphere. Hotel from 1930, very friendly staff. Was given a choice of room upon check in. The room was clean. The room has towels and shampoo. Hairdryer and iron were given to us at the reception. The hotel sells good coffee for 10 shekels. The location is very good, especially if you decide to travel to the north of Israel from Haifa. Price quality is amazing for Israel. The hotel does not have an elevator but it was not a problem for us. We chose a room in the historic part of the hotel to soak up the atmosphere of antiquity.

The hotel was centrally located and a great location for the cruise port. We arrived a little early and the staff was very accommodating with getting us a room with an extra bed. When we go back we will definitely be staying there again. Had an espresso maker in the lobby which was a plus!

Just a few floors with a couple of small lobbies. In one, there are several wicker chairs, private tables and a coffee machine, and from the other you can go out to a small balcony with the couple of chairs and a table too. We had an order for a room, but due to the fact that I did not pay attention to the check-in time, which I am not used to in other hotels, I thought I would have to wait/walk/make shoping near the hotel, but we were offered a smaller room, but already empty to use. Everything in room were pretty close to each other and fealt somewhat narrowed, but the discomfort was not felt. Quite a normal room, if you only have to rest/sleep from active festivities around the city. And the whole hotel was clean and well maintained. And it has pleasant easy style. People who work here were very friendly and polite.

First of all they should change the denomination from Hotel to HoStel . This is the baddest hotel I never been in. Everything is broke the mattress is so thin that it's impossible to sleep. The floor was dirty there is no finitions painting everywhere, air-conditioning from the 90s no coffee no breakfast no concierge no isolation u can hear your neighbors and the street , just horrible. Unfortunately we had to pay in advance otherwise we would have change. Dont book there.

Needs a bit of maintenance!. The service is very very good and the people very friendly! The rooms if you request to be cleaned every day, they get cleaned. There is air-conditioning. The shower did not work well in my room. There is no hairdryer in your room, you share it with other residents in the hotel. Not all rooms have balconies, some rooms have included the balcony as an indoor space. The breakfast shown in the pictures is in a nearby cafe. You pay a voucher of 11 shekel to buy it. Not all things are bad though. The location is amazing because it is near Paris square where all the cafes, pubs and restaurants are. Lovely atmosphere down there!

They are rude when you have a request that requires a tiny amount of effort from them. Don’t forget anything checking out because they do not care a milligram about the stuff returning to you. I’m really puzzled why having a hotel when you don’t care about the people that give money to have a hotel.

The breakfast was good. Parking is a little tricky but they help you out with it. It’s on a side street and you have to go up an alley and people are honking at you but it is nice to have a hotel that does have parking. Staff was helpful. The biggest reason I gave it a three star versus a 4 star rating was because the hotel staff has in place a conservation program where they will not let a hotel guest put their thermostat lower than 21°C which is 70°F. I asked and the lady told me the first day that was the policy and the temperature would not go lower in the room. Our side of the building got a lot of sun during the day so it took a long time to cool off and it was hard to sleep at night because the room was uncomfortably hot. There also must’ve been a parking garage right underneath our room and occasionally the beeping from the parking garage was so loud it sounded like it was coming from inside the room. I would just ask this Hotel if people pay to stay there then let them adjust their own thermostat so they can be comfortable. The primary purpose of a hotel is for a guest to get a good night sleep and due to the restrictions at this hotel we were not able to do so.
