This is a great hotel, with very good service! The front desk staff is very friendly and professional! Rooms are very nice and clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast a lot! Definitely we will come back again!

So far I think this is the best hotel to stay in Haining. It’s in the biggest building in Haining I think and in terms of location is very convenient if you are especially on a business trip. Also, there is a small convenient store next to it. Also the staff is very eager to help you:)

環境：環境是沒得説，我們出差也會追求一個好環境，好服務。。。是我喜歡的環境，電梯裏和出電梯的燈我都超喜歡，是那種暗色格調，不失浪漫。。。不像其他酒店太亮太刺眼，給人感覺很不舒服。。
服務：服務更沒的説啦，前台美女王翠 很有耐心，説話很温柔謙和，做卡效率高，必須好評啊。。下次出差還住這裏。。。
服務：還有早餐一位大姐王玉芬 也是很熱情，又送牛奶又送公仔的，説話很温和。。。

是突然決定去海寧的，沒有事先預訂，一進酒店前台李瑞可熱情介紹，併為我們升級了房間。在江南常常住開元，海寧的服務做的很不錯，大堂吧的茶飲中餐廳的人員，都很周到。房間不大但是還是乾淨舒適的，提一個小意見，房間裏除了轉椅，也應該放個小圈椅吧。如果一起聊天太不方便了。
