Il n'y a pas beaucoup d'avis en ligne. J'étais un peu inquiet avant l'enregistrement. L'hôtel a organisé une prise en charge à la gare. Après l'enregistrement, j'ai trouvé que j'avais choisi le bon. Bien que mon plan de ski ait été perturbé, l'hôtel m'a fait du bien. Cela vaut la peine de rester et j'attends avec impatience l'année prochaine

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel magnifique pendant 7 nuits à la fin de février 2020, l'hôtel lui-même propose des services et vous met tous en place pour les pistes en attente. Le personnel qui se déplace à la maison est très bien placé, mais il est très bien placé pour vous accueillir dans les chambres. Mychelle, Olivia et l'équipe sont un patrimoine pour cet hôtel et nous reviendrons certainement. La position à proximité des restaurants et bars de bouteille était également étonnante .... Cette expérience a été grande ...... et nous aimé le yoga quotidien 👍👍

La dame à la réception de l'hôtel est très gentille. Ces deux jours appartiennent à l'intersaison touristique. A chaque fois que nous allons à la station de ski et de la gare à l'hôtel, la dame est très enthousiaste à prendre et à déposer. La chambre est vraiment super soignée. La salle est également très grande. Hôtel!

Bon prix pour l'argent, très belles chambres japonaises, petit déjeuner décent, très belles onzées. Vraiment, il a besoin d'un make-up. Nous étions une famille de 6, partage 2 chambres spacieuses. Les tatamis sont vraiment confortables, et le onzène après ski est tout ce que vous pouvez souhaiter. Il est confortablement situé: l'arrêt de la navette est juste devant l'hôtel.

Yamano Hotel is the ultimate ski chalet in Hakuba. It's situated right across from the 1986 Olympic ski jump and just a short stroll to the Happo-One chair lift. It could even be considered a ski-in and ski-out chalet. The rooms are big and comfortable with gorgeous views of the mountains and the valley. This hotel is a family-owned and run business. The owners Mr. Keita and his wife Monica will greet you from the time you get off the bus to the time you enter the hotel parking area. Mr. Keita is an incredible concierge, always attending to any of your needs and willing to assist you with any information. He also provides a free shuttle to the lift, and if you're tired at the end of the day you can call him and he will be happy to come pick you up, even though it's a short distance. For the additional ski resorts, he is happy to make a reservation for the free morning shuttle. They will pick you up right at the parking lot of the hotel and will drop you off at the same place. So you have easy access to the 7 resorts in the Hakuba Valley right from his doorstep. Once you return from your day in the mountain, you can walk straight into a very spacious heated ski room where you can put your boards and skis on a special rack, warm your boots, gloves, ski pants and jacket so all will be ready to go the next morning. After leaving your stuff in the warm room, you can either step across the hall to enjoy their beautiful onsen inside the chalet that has a hot mineral bath, a cold mountain water plunge bath, and a fantastic wooden and hot rock sauna. An additional perk is the two massage chairs in the laundry area that you can enjoy for free. After relaxing in the Onsen and/or massage chair, you can go back to your comfortable and spacious room and relax until you're ready to have dinner at his restaurant at 6pm. And if you choose to go to other restaurants, several of them are just 5-10 minutes walk away, or there are shuttle buses you can take. The hotel also includes a delicious and abundant breakfast buffet that includes traditional Japanese breakfast of miso soup, fermented beans, Japanese rice and more; traditional American breakfast with several types of eggs, bacon, potatoes, and sausage; and traditional Continental breakfast including orange juice, freshly made apple juice, cereals, pastries, and fresh fruit. To summarize our stay at Yamano Hotel, Mr. Keita and his wife Monica made us feel at home and part of their family. That's how well they treat you. This will definitely be the place we stay next time we come to Hakuba.

Je vis ici en vacances continues. Je regarde la télévision, je m'intéresse beaucoup. Sur HP, parce qu'il est de qualité et de luxe, je ne sais pas ce bâtiment que je vais voir sur la télévision. Quatre adultes quatre enfants deux chambres doubles (2 étages) et un étage de 3 m2. L'entrée est avec les hébergeurs de suites de luxe. Il y a une cuisine commune, où manger le dîner la première nuit. Le vin et la bière préparés dans le réfrigérateur sont gratuits. Plusieurs goûts sont gratuits. Les saveurs de café sont également gratuits. Il n'y a que de la poudre de pamplemousse dans la cuisine, donc d'autres goûts sont nécessaires. La cuisine et la salle de séjour sont très grandes, donc beaucoup d'enfants ne s'inquiètent pas, vous pouvez le faire à tout moment, vous pensez que les femmes feront quelque chose de bon, les enfants massages sont très heureux d'avoir un WiFi gratuit dans la chambre, vous pouvez parler avec un haut-parleur gratuit et écouter la musique. À l'avant, le noir, magnifique, n'est pas la couleur de la famille générale, mais j'ai apprécié le sentiment de voyage. Si c'est un grand nombre, je pense que vous pouvez boire de la boisson. 7-11 À 5 minutes à pied près. Le restaurant de la maison de la maison est juste à l'autre côté. Le bourdon de cheval blanc est très délicieux à quelques minutes de marche.

En été 2023, les Arafif ont vécu une nuit pendant le voyage de leur femme. Ils sont tous très satisfaits. Je pense que les investissements dans l'eau et les plantes peuvent profiter de grands terrains et créer un paysage étonnant, une grande ampleur et une satisfaction. C'est peut-être le lieu le plus préféré de cet hôtel. La chambre privée est remplie à 16 h 30 pour les formalités d'hébergement, donc si vous voulez profiter de celle-ci, nous vous recommandons de vous rendre plus tôt. C'est le même pour le dîner. Si vous êtes en retard, À partir de 20 h, j'ai une chambre privée (pas chaude). Après cela, vous pouvez profiter de la cuisine dans votre salle de séjour, comme le vin, le fromage et le thé, et vous détendre jusqu'à la fin du dîner. Je pense que ces efforts urgents sont très bons. Le dîner est délicieux en français japonais ⁉️. Retour à la chambre, en faisant la nuit dans la forêt et les étoiles dans le bassin de terrasse, en faisant un bain. Heureux. Le lendemain, j'ai réveillé, et j'ai eu un grand champ de chaleur. C'est la meilleure eau chaude de l'air. Le petit déjeuner est aussi délicieux. Après la nourriture は を Dans le sol de la boue を を を Je pense que c'est un bon espace, c'est difficile, mais je pense que c'est bien. Je veux l'utiliser à nouveau. Merci de vous avoir amusé.

We stayed here for 2 nights in July. The hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable. The lack of vegetarian / vegan food options was disappointing considering this is a Marriott Hotel. The resteraunt may not be theirs, but still expected better. The staff were very helpful, although the hotel shuttle to drop us to the station was only available for a 30 minute timeslot in the morning. Strange, but not a problem. Location is good, still has a feel that it could be a lot better by just making small improvements. Its the details that matter, at least that is why we booked Marriott. Still, we would stay here again (and maybe bring our own food).

Ce voyage à White Horse est resté dans trois hôtels, tenus par des japonais, des européens et des américains. Cette maison est la plus satisfaisante. Tout d'abord, l'hôtel choisi par les japonais à Hakuba doit être meilleur que les européens. Peu importe la propreté de l'hôtel ou l'enthousiasme du patron. Ce vieux couple japonais gère une famille d'accueil depuis plus de 30 ans. À première vue, le patron a accumulé de nombreuses années. La famille d'accueil occupe deux villas unifamiliales, et le patron possède un bus ! Nous nous sommes assis tous les deux dans le bus exclusif pour profiter du service de prise en charge et de retour. Mon menton avait peur. Je ne suis jamais venu à Baima pour voir le propre bus de l'hôtel. L'emplacement est génial. À cinq minutes à pied du camp de base, l'un des principaux arrêts de bus de Hakuba. Si vous allez à Wuxi 47, ce sera plus pratique. Outre la chambre. Elle est très grande et possède ses propres toilettes séparées (y compris salle de bain), ce qui n'est pas disponible dans de nombreux hôtels de style japonais. Le seul inconvénient de la chambre était nous deux, mais il n'y avait que deux lits simples et pas de grand lit. Une nouvelle chambre familiale nous a été donnée à mon arrivée. Il y avait aussi trois lits simples, alors peut-être qu'il n'y a pas de chambre double ? La chambre que nous avions réservée ne comprenait pas les repas. Le petit déjeuner était de 600 yens par personne. Nous pensions que ce n'était pas cher et nous l'avons essayé. Em, il n'y avait qu'une seule tranche de pain grillé et des céréales au café au lait à volonté, ce qui était trop monotone et ne valait pas la peine d'être essayé. Il vaut mieux sortir quelques centaines de mètres pour acheter le petit déjeuner près du camp de base. Enfin le propriétaire est très enthousiaste (c'est l'avantage de toutes les familles d'accueil japonaises). Des pommes locales sont en vente à la réception. Le prix de 100 est une conscience. Je suis resté 3 nuits et j'ai mangé 5 pommes. C'était très doux.

Cet hôtel est vraiment vieux. La moquette exposée sur les deux lits est pleine de poils, de cotons-tiges et de sacs en plastique. J'ai frotté tous les problèmes exposés avec une serviette sur le sol et je l'ai nettoyé moi-même. Je vois beaucoup d'étrangers marcher dans l'hôtel sans chaussures. Sont-ils d'accord pour descendre ? De toute façon, je peux le supporter, qui a peur de qui. La petite salle est un problème historique, le service n'est pas mauvais, cela s'appelle location, le matériel de location est très responsable et responsable, le point culminant est une couchette et deux repas, trop inquiétant et confortable, ce repas est le standard d'un resort Hôtel.

Yamano Hotel is the ultimate ski chalet in Hakuba. It's situated right across from the 1986 Olympic ski jump and just a short stroll to the Happo-One chair lift. It could even be considered a ski-in and ski-out chalet. The rooms are big and comfortable with gorgeous views of the mountains and the valley. This hotel is a family-owned and run business. The owners Mr. Keita and his wife Monica will greet you from the time you get off the bus to the time you enter the hotel parking area. Mr. Keita is an incredible concierge, always attending to any of your needs and willing to assist you with any information. He also provides a free shuttle to the lift, and if you're tired at the end of the day you can call him and he will be happy to come pick you up, even though it's a short distance. For the additional ski resorts, he is happy to make a reservation for the free morning shuttle. They will pick you up right at the parking lot of the hotel and will drop you off at the same place. So you have easy access to the 7 resorts in the Hakuba Valley right from his doorstep. Once you return from your day in the mountain, you can walk straight into a very spacious heated ski room where you can put your boards and skis on a special rack, warm your boots, gloves, ski pants and jacket so all will be ready to go the next morning. After leaving your stuff in the warm room, you can either step across the hall to enjoy their beautiful onsen inside the chalet that has a hot mineral bath, a cold mountain water plunge bath, and a fantastic wooden and hot rock sauna. An additional perk is the two massage chairs in the laundry area that you can enjoy for free. After relaxing in the Onsen and/or massage chair, you can go back to your comfortable and spacious room and relax until you're ready to have dinner at his restaurant at 6pm. And if you choose to go to other restaurants, several of them are just 5-10 minutes walk away, or there are shuttle buses you can take. The hotel also includes a delicious and abundant breakfast buffet that includes traditional Japanese breakfast of miso soup, fermented beans, Japanese rice and more; traditional American breakfast with several types of eggs, bacon, potatoes, and sausage; and traditional Continental breakfast including orange juice, freshly made apple juice, cereals, pastries, and fresh fruit. To summarize our stay at Yamano Hotel, Mr. Keita and his wife Monica made us feel at home and part of their family. That's how well they treat you. This will definitely be the place we stay next time we come to Hakuba.

We stayed here for 2 nights in July. The hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable. The lack of vegetarian / vegan food options was disappointing considering this is a Marriott Hotel. The resteraunt may not be theirs, but still expected better. The staff were very helpful, although the hotel shuttle to drop us to the station was only available for a 30 minute timeslot in the morning. Strange, but not a problem. Location is good, still has a feel that it could be a lot better by just making small improvements. Its the details that matter, at least that is why we booked Marriott. Still, we would stay here again (and maybe bring our own food).

Nous sommes restés ici pendant une semaine et nous avons vraiment apprécié. La zone Echoland est proche des restaurants à pied et d'autres endroits sont juste 5-10 min par voiture. Très proche des ascenseurs de ski, ce qui la rend un bon choix. La maison est très confortable et dispose de toutes les installations dont vous avez besoin.

Such a lovely family operated hotel right on Happo one. And ski in/out to on of the chairlifts. Upon arrival, they have shoes for you to wear inside as no shoes allowed. Most guests left their shoes in the shelves at the entrance. We took ours up to our room. We had a 3 single bed room and it was perfect. There was a desk, kettle, tv, 2 cupboards and a large couch, plus a balcony over looking town and the hills in the background. Beautiful views every morning. The bathroom was a little small, but it worked! Very deep soaker tub which I used. Towels were a little thin but did the job. In the lobby there is a microwave for guests to use. Perfect if you are grabbing a snack or meal from Lawsons and it needs heating up. Also on the ground floor is a laundry with 4 washing machines, no drier but we hung our clothes up in the room overnight and they were dry in the morning. Plus on a side entrance is the locker room for all your ski stuff. Each guest gets their own locker. We loved coming back after all day skiing to find room service had put the heater on high to warm us up! Breakfast was ok, it was the same everyday so did get a bit bland. You received a plate of scrambled eggs, either sausage or bacon (alternates), 2 slices of fruit (either grape fruit, orange, pineapple) and a small bowl of salad. Plus at the buffet there was a selection of croissants and rolls, miso soup, rice cereal and juice. Plus tea and coffee. We left full every morning. We didn’t use the chairlift near (it’s right there, no huge walk) the hotel as that run, although beginner looked a little steep. But the other chairlifts were so close (5 min walk to Evergreen ski school). The only downside was THE HILL. It was a climb every time to get back up the the hotel. There aren’t any restaurants right there so you do have to venture down. The shuttle stops are only a 5-10min walk down (unfortunately that means up in the afternoon!) but there are lots of places to eat down THE HILL. Would I stay here again? If I was to ski solely at Happo, yes, but there are so many different mountains in the area as well. English is not spoken by all the staff, but at reception there was one lady who did a great job and helped out everytime. Another woman would just jump onto google translate without hestitation!

Plenty of wow factor in this stylish apartment. Fanatastic outlook from every window, it was dificult to talk ourselves into going out each morning! Loved the bathroom with loads of hot water and the second toilet made it easy to share among the four of us. Super comfortable beds and each one with a view of the snow covered forest. I was concerned that it would be too remote from the online views but it is really well located with an easy flatish walk to the happo Gondola. The staff respond really fast to every enquiry, and as this was our first Japan trip, we had loads! It took me ages to choose with all the options availabe, and I could not have chosen a better experience. Book direct for better pricing and a very generous 15% off for return visits or personal recomendations. One minor detail; the stairs are very steep, especially to the loft area, if you have small children, and limited eating options in walking distance means book ahead for dinner.

Pour la première fois, je suis venu à ski blanc, cet hôtel recommandé par mes amis, je vais vraiment trouver une position géographique, à 200 mètres près de la porte de Vulgon, puis il était pratique de skier en/à partir, puis Tokyo avait un bus de neige directement à l'hôtel. Il était très pratique de prendre un autre shuttle de neige demain matin, Enfin, la position géographique de ski est vraiment super! Pour aller au supermarché, il n'est pas très pratique de marcher pendant vingt minutes, mais il y a beaucoup de nourriture dans la salle de neige, et après tout, le village est acceptable, il est occasionnellement possible de jeter la voiture de la belle patronne pour faire des achats de supermarchés! En ce qui concerne les installations, il y a des salles de sèche, restaurant, ktv, salle de table, je peux boire et chanter dans le village, je suis vraiment mort 😭 Je sais que la nuit est si insensée, je vois qu'il y a ktv, je suis heureux de l'hygiène, j'ai des petits frères qui se battent tous les jours, et je suis aussi un hôtel près de la neige, Je peux dire que je n'ai pas de choix! Service: Je dois faire un tour de la Miss Myo Jia! Je me vois avoir une face avec la tête et m'aider à faire face 😭 Voyez-moi la tête avec la tête 😭 Voyez-moi la tête avec la tête 😭 Vous êtes toujours très chaud pour l'aide! Bien qu'il ait déjà passé la saison de ski d'hiver, les chevaux blancs n'ouvrent que les stations de ski au sommet de la montagne. Une expérience très particulière, les petits hôtels de famille, les propriétaires d'immeubles sont vraiment très enthousiastes, et le Japon est différent dans ce petit village tranquille. Premièrement, nous sommes allés au cheval blanc en décembre, la neige n'est pas assez tôt cette année, donc beaucoup de terrains de neige n'ont pas été ouverts, les installations environnantes ne sont pas naturellement ouvertes beaucoup, il faut essentiellement attendre le parking de la neige, le taxi est un peu cher. Le fils du propriétaire de la maison demandera chaque jour quels sont les lieux de neige aujourd'hui, quels sont les besoins d'aide. Je dis que je voulais envoyer les enfants à l'enfant, il nous a conduits et il a appelé tous les lieux de la maison autour de la maison. Les propriétaires font des petits pas pour les invités de l'hôtel chaque jour. Le dernier jour de 2019, ils font des gâteaus à la main. Les bébés sont très heureux et ont mangé des gâteaus de nombreuses années. Enfin, nous sommes retournés à Tokyo pour un bus réservé, la gare est en fait près, la mère de l'hôte nous a organisé de façon spéciale la voiture de leur hôtel. Nous vivons ici quatre jours et nous sommes tous tous les jours touchés. Nous sommes venus de la grande ville, cet hôtel chaud et petit est un bain public et un salon, qui ne s'habitue pas au début, mais croyez-moi, il ne se sent pas comme un goût de séjour de deux jours.

Such a lovely family operated hotel right on Happo one. And ski in/out to on of the chairlifts. Upon arrival, they have shoes for you to wear inside as no shoes allowed. Most guests left their shoes in the shelves at the entrance. We took ours up to our room. We had a 3 single bed room and it was perfect. There was a desk, kettle, tv, 2 cupboards and a large couch, plus a balcony over looking town and the hills in the background. Beautiful views every morning. The bathroom was a little small, but it worked! Very deep soaker tub which I used. Towels were a little thin but did the job. In the lobby there is a microwave for guests to use. Perfect if you are grabbing a snack or meal from Lawsons and it needs heating up. Also on the ground floor is a laundry with 4 washing machines, no drier but we hung our clothes up in the room overnight and they were dry in the morning. Plus on a side entrance is the locker room for all your ski stuff. Each guest gets their own locker. We loved coming back after all day skiing to find room service had put the heater on high to warm us up! Breakfast was ok, it was the same everyday so did get a bit bland. You received a plate of scrambled eggs, either sausage or bacon (alternates), 2 slices of fruit (either grape fruit, orange, pineapple) and a small bowl of salad. Plus at the buffet there was a selection of croissants and rolls, miso soup, rice cereal and juice. Plus tea and coffee. We left full every morning. We didn’t use the chairlift near (it’s right there, no huge walk) the hotel as that run, although beginner looked a little steep. But the other chairlifts were so close (5 min walk to Evergreen ski school). The only downside was THE HILL. It was a climb every time to get back up the the hotel. There aren’t any restaurants right there so you do have to venture down. The shuttle stops are only a 5-10min walk down (unfortunately that means up in the afternoon!) but there are lots of places to eat down THE HILL. Would I stay here again? If I was to ski solely at Happo, yes, but there are so many different mountains in the area as well. English is not spoken by all the staff, but at reception there was one lady who did a great job and helped out everytime. Another woman would just jump onto google translate without hestitation!

La 3e période de repos de février a été utilisée pour 2 nuits. La position géographique est excellente, le passage à la station de terminal de bus de 8 parties est excellent dans 30 secondes et le magasin est bon dans 1 minute. La chambre est grande et la salle de bains (la salle de bains) est également belle. Le chaud du ciel est chaud, ne peut pas entrer longtemps, mais le corps est chaud du sac. Cette fois c'est une soupe, donc il n'y a pas d'évaluation de la nourriture. Parce que la pluie, même si je vous demande préalablement, je suis heureux d'accepter le séjour, et deux personnes qui prévoient un séjour. Le chantage de la réception (chef?) est vraiment unique, mais soyons heureux d'accepter. Je n'ai jamais skié, donc je comprends, mais vivre dans un cheval blanc, c'est le plus étrange, ri. Je dis beaucoup, très gentil et bon. Si j'ai une chance, je dois l'utiliser.

L'hôtel est très petit et confortable. Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits et nous aurions aimé rester plus :) Avant même d'arriver, nous avions posé quelques questions par courriel et le personnel était exceptionnellement utile. L'hôtel est situé à environ 3 minutes de marche de la gare de bus. Nous sommes arrivés à la table et voulions skier ce après-midi, donc l'hôtel nous a donné un passage de ski à un grand rythme et a contacté l'entreprise de location de matériel de ski pour nous recueillir. La chambre était parfaite. Nous avons séjourné dans une chambre de base, car il n'y avait pas d'autres chambres disponibles. Donc, nous n'avons pas un onzé dans la chambre. Mais honnêtement, nous n'avons pas manqué. Le onzéé que vous pouvez réserver pendant une heure est beau. Il n'a jamais été réservé. Il était vraiment propre et une façon incroyable de finir la journée. Nous avons eu un peu de mix et quelqu'un d'autre qui s'est résidé à l'hôtel « accidentellement » a pris notre réservation. Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, mais il était très bon, et il était très bon. Nous avons eu le petit déjeuner japonais qui est venu avec beaucoup de petits plats, tous des plats délicieux. Peut-être la meilleure soupe de miso que nous ayons eu! Cela vaut dire que je suis végétarienne, et ils ont hébergé cela avec un truc zéro! On a rassemblé quelques plats pour les plantes. Quelques plats très appréciés. Je suis allé juste manger des céréales pendant 3 jours! Nous avons également dîné à l'hôtel qui était fabuleux. Beaucoup de petits plats, tous ressemblaient et goûtaient très bien. Encore une fois, j'avais un menu végétarien tout différent, avec des plats vraiment inhabituels et innovants qui étaient délicieux. Le prix était raisonnable pour ce qui était vraiment un dîner très agréable.

We stayed here for 2 nights in July. The hotel and rooms are clean and comfortable. The lack of vegetarian / vegan food options was disappointing considering this is a Marriott Hotel. The resteraunt may not be theirs, but still expected better. The staff were very helpful, although the hotel shuttle to drop us to the station was only available for a 30 minute timeslot in the morning. Strange, but not a problem. Location is good, still has a feel that it could be a lot better by just making small improvements. Its the details that matter, at least that is why we booked Marriott. Still, we would stay here again (and maybe bring our own food).
