it was an excellent service from the host, fluent in english and he even pick us up and drove us to the station. the villa gave us a magical experience, everything was top notch. and also important thing is the location, if you plan to go to iwatake snowpeaks then komakusa villa is the best place to stay, just 1 minute walk and you can see the gondola from the room. thankyou yutaka fukushima

The location is close to the ski resort. The hotel staff is very nice and drive us to the ski resort in the morning and night. The breakfast is also very delicious and there are different dishes every day.

very cute Japanese accommodation. got a standard twin room for two which was very spacious with 2 single beds, tatami area and toilet. hotel has onsen, breakfast and room for storing + drying ski equipment. highly recommend for its price and location 👍

前台服務極佳，十分有禮周到，親切有耐性，會耐心講解滑雪場狀況。 食物很好，早餐食物種類算多，每天湯類不同，晚膳是入住時另加，有飯、牛火鍋、豬火鍋供選擇，三樣味道皆一流。 房間乾淨企理，空間寬敞，如需要毛巾、消毒用品、紙巾，可到前台詢問，會即時給予客戶替換。 位置方便，鄰近有滑雪用具租借店鋪，徒步幾分鐘便到滑雪場。旅館內有地方擺放滑雪用具，從另一正門進入便可到達。（不過離最近7-11有30分鐘步行路程） 旅館有溫泉桑拿，幾次去都剛好沒有人，體驗很寧靜清幽，很好！ 十分推薦！

Au début, j'ai appelé pour demander s'ils pouvaient venir me chercher, et le patron a dit oui (car l'hôtel précédent proposait un service de prise en charge gratuit, je pensais que c'était gratuit aussi). Ce n'était qu'à 10 minutes en voiture, mais après que j'ai été récupéré, la femme du patron m'a facturé 2 000 yens sans m'informer à l'avance qu'il y aurait des frais. Ce fut une mauvaise expérience. Vous devez informer la patronne de la présence de serviettes et de produits de toilette avant qu'ils ne soient changés. Si vous ne le lui dites pas, ils ne seront pas changés. La chambre est un grenier avec une seule fenêtre au-dessus du lit, un éclairage et une ventilation médiocres, une mauvaise isolation phonique et des planchers en bois qui grincent. Je ne choisirai plus de B&B.

Very clean and well kept facility. We enjoyed our stay at this quiet inn and found that it was much more peaceful than staying closer to the central Hakuba town. The shuttles to Iwatake and Happo One stop right next door so getting to and from the ski resorts is very easy. We would definitely come back here!

Aime cet hébergement très maison style chambre très bien séparée, la chambre est très spacieuse, organiser le bagage, prendre le sac est très amusant 😂 seulement quelques chambres Bon emplacement Parking est disponible dans toutes les chambres, Il est possible de passer à travers toute la ville  pour rester à nouveau. Bien sûr 

I made a reservation to stay on the first day of my arrival at the airport, but I couldn't make it in time because the bus to Hakuba had already left. I tried to contact the hotel but couldn't reach the staff. The staff at Trip.com contacted me and said that they couldn't contact the hotel either, so I had to cancel the hotel without getting a refund.
