Very nice service of them. The rooms are good and the view is nice! The infrastructure is well-constructed. The breakfast and restaurant are very, very good. I enjoy the food with a nice view. I appreciate their cooking and waiters' services! I recommended all if you like the Harbor view,you can choose this hotel to stay! There are many taxi so you no need to call Uber ! If you want to walk to the art museum, it is easy! On the way, YOU can discover many restaurants ate here! No worry, you will be hungry!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights and felt very comfortable. The hotel is in a perfect location. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices and filled us us up for the day till dinner time.

I’m happy having this kind of experience. Great atmosphere but a lil disappointed with receptionist. Overall other staff was very attentive. I love my spacious room. The breakfast was great and variety. The taste was good. Wish could return to this hotel once again.

Nice and spacious room. The bathroom is also very big with a nice bath. The lighting is a but dark in the room though. Around 7-10minutes walk to the train station and the shops.

schönes Hotel, große Zimmer, Frühstück klein aber ausreichend und mit einmaliger Aussicht.

靠近火車站，門前有一個大湖，風帆點點。早餐不錯，位於頂部風景很好。入住酒店需要交按金，我交了190多歐元按金，離店幾天後直接扣了，不退我，直接打電話，需要英文好一些，扯半天，説要查一下，又過了好幾天，才退回來，但是扣了一點錢，也沒説明什麼理由，好在不多，就算了。離開酒店的時候，一定要反覆和酒店確認退按金，什麼時候退。

leider wieder ein Hotel mit Standard Zimmer aber wirklich ohne Seele und Gesicht. Das Zimmer ist sauber aber nichts besonders, Einrichtung vergleich der 3 Sterne Standard Zimmer Einrichtung. Highlight war 9. Stock das Frühstücksraum mit Blick auf Elbe. Die Dame in Rezeption am 24.05 beim Check in war äußerst Arrogant. kein Wort mehr als nötig ausgespuckt. Personalausweis her, Unterschrift da. Ende bitte gehen. . City Map, Wirelan, frühstücken Spa Aufzug muss alles einzelne nachfragen. Es wurde zwar einzelne nach Zahnpasta System gefragt auch beantwortet aber wirklich tut mir leider. Ihr seid nicht willkommen Gefühl. Ich bin mir nicht sicher ob es daran liegt, dass ich asiatische aussieht. 非常不好的体验。前提的check in 女士一脸的不耐烦还有看不起状态。不多说一个字。不知道是她基本看不起亚洲人还是自己心情不好。房间还可以吧。没有什么特别。就是那种哪里都可以找到没有个性的可以睡觉的标准饭店。要酒店住宿发票，提前通知了酒店，入住时也通知了，退房前一天也打电话预告了。都说没有问题。结果退房时，说不知道，没有听说过，需要准备。准备了30分钟，最后告诉，是平台订的，他们不开。差点误了我的火车。 不推荐。汉堡有许多小个性化酒店。精致而且没有歧视外国人的倾向。现在什么时候了。还这样排外。
