Tolles Appartment mit allem was man brauch. Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr gut gelegen.

Good location with easy access to the city center by foot or by bus and taxi. Rooms are spacious and clean. There are some cafes nearby where you can grab a quick breakfast, and at night, you've got a few restaurant choices too! Highly recommended!

We have noted the following about our hotel stay: Advantages of the hotel: • Large, beautiful rooms • Good view • Great location, within cycling distance to the city • Option to rent bicycles or bring your own Disadvantages of the hotel: • No cleaning at the hotel during the time you stay there - it would have been nice to have the trash emptied and refilled with toilet paper and dishwasher tabs - we only got extra toilet paper because we said we were running out completely • Noise from the cobblestones in the road by the hotel • Very expensive parking • Expensive hotel in relation to the fact that our price was without breakfast and without cleaning en route • Too few crockery and cutlery in the kitchen

I will never ever recommend this place. They have such poor and terrible customer service, it is non-existent. I have canceled the stay due to illness in the family, and it was impossible to make agreements regarding reimbursement, gift cards, rebooking, or finding other solutions. They did not want to have a dialogue with me. It is impossible to get hold of a person to talk to. They reject all forms of contact. What should have been a lovely stay for the family has turned into a nightmare and I advise against booking at Clipper Boarding House.

Had a great experience living in this hotel with family, for a month. The hotel has all necessary amenities, and you'll not feel away from home. I recommend this hotel for shorter and longer stays in Hamburg. The location is perfect and well connected with the rest of the city.

Really great and well equipped apartments. Comfortable and nice furniture, well equipped kitchen (and when there was no teapot, the reception provided one instantly on request. The neighbourhood is great, lots of restaurants and shops. The street is a bit noise due to cobblestones, but fairly quiet at night. A really great place and worth the money.

A always this place offers a great position to access the wonderful City slightly away fro traffic and with interesting scenery of the Elb and port area. A good selection of places to eat in or take-away

Book this place in advance, but didn't read a lengthy instruction, as I never did with any hotel before. Arrived just before 7pm. Door is closed. Next several people were laughing at my attempt to get in. I did call reception number stated at the door. On the same door was stated that reception is working till 7pm, but it was not. The person replied to be, saying that I have to enter my confirmation number on the atm-like apparat next to the door and something else. There were other people struggling to do the same. All of a sudden door opened and all those people laughing around got in! I don't know, they might forgot their keys or something. What a mess!!! Why no simple reception!! I went to near by Empire Riverside Hotel. Same price. Much higher standard.

Hamburg-Holzhafen, das Hotel bietet wunderbare Räume mit kleiner Küche und einem schönen Ausblick. Zahlreiche Lokalitäten befinden sich fußläufig in der Nähe, auch der Fischmarkt. Das Personal im Hotel war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
