New hotel! Really nice rooms, staff, breakfast and room for breakfast. Great location, within walking distance for FirstOntario Centre, Hess Village and restaurants. Underground parking and secure hotel. Pool was great but very noisy - the only suggestion I would make is some sound absorption material for the pool. Very happy with our stay and highly recommend.

The hotel is very clean and still has a new smell. Rooms were nice and it was quiet at night. We had to leave for an early flight and the hotel staff couldn't have been nicer. We were way too early (5AM) for the included breakfast but were offered a "To Go' breakfast with bagel, cream cheese and fruit. Nice extra a 5AM!! Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Stayed here with our hockey team, Hotel was very clean and well maintained. The section of town is on the brink of turning around with plenty of food choices in walking distance. The parking as stated is not included in price, breakfast was better than most free breakfast la I’ve had at other hotels. Would recommend staying here again.

This hotel is just over a year old and still looked and smelled new. We chose it because of an indoor pool and the later than usual check out time of 12:00 pm. There was a single front desk attendant and a long line formed at check-in time. Unfortunately, the pool was out of order for our stay. We were told that we could use the one at a sister hotel that was a "short walk away"- totally missing the point of an on site pool. The 11th floor, corner room had lovely views and was clean and fresh. Lighting was poor for reading on the sofa. The breakfast space was large and lovely and had a variety of seating including booths, tables and a bar type overlooking a street view. However, food quality and selection was poor compared to other "breakfast included" places I've stayed. The bacon and scrambled egg containers were allowed to be empty. Scrambled eggs were yellow but otherwise did not taste or resemble real scrambled eggs. The bacon was undercooked. Everything you use is garbage-plates, cutlery, cups. How out of touch is this, especially for a new facility and one that promotes "green" practices in the room. The knives were so flimsy you could barely spread butter. Is it really too much to provide real tableware? Parking is underground and is spacious and well lit. The $15/night cost is only revealed by drilling down on website amenities. All in all, this stay was only memorable for its disappointments.

Checking in to the Hampton was efficient and pleasant. The front desk representative did an excellent job with explaining hotel amenities. I had a nice corner room with view to king street. Hotel appears to be new and my room was clean. I would stay here again and highly recommend to new customers.
