Avis : Hyatt Regency Hangzhou International Airport

J'ai séjourné ici lors d'un voyage d'affaires car je ne voulais pas rester en ville et prendre un taxi pour l'aéroport et j'avais besoin de commencer la journée en toute détente avant de prendre un autre vol pour affaires. L'hôtel est parfaitement situé dans l'aéroport et se trouve à 2 minutes à pied du terminal de départ. Vous en avez pour votre argent et le personnel était exceptionnel. Le dîner buffet et le petit-déjeuner étaient parfaits. Je le recommande vivement à tous les voyageurs à la recherche d'une escale de qualité pour un vol matinal.

The staff is very polite and helpful. The entire hotel environment is very nice and relaxing. I highly recommend staying there, whether you're on a business trip or a family trip.

Exceeded expectations. Room is well designed such that space is well optimized to provide plenty of seating and table top. Open closet removes the concern of odor in enclosed closet and there is a large surface to leave a large size luggage open. The washroom is brightly lit with mirror on the entire wall. Service at the Chinese restaurant is excellent and the food is delicious.The door man at the outdoor entrance to the hotel welcomed us with a big smile even it was only 5 degrees Celsius. Will stay again.

Great hotel with airport runway view. Huge room and very comfortable bed. Breakfast is also recommended.

Great location for if you are taking the morning flight out, 10mins walking distance to the airport. Room is big, clean and all amenities provided for.

Casa attended to us and he was very cheerful and friendly . Beautiful rooms , pool and gym .

Had a great stay at Hangzhou Hyatt Regency at the airport - everything was top notch, including the service from Luke who helped us with all our enquiries.

Location is excellent. In the room however, the temperature was too hot, AC didn’t work very well. In the bathroom there were no amenities (even hand soap was missing!), the toothbrushes were delivered to room very quickly though.  Room service menu is good, beds and sofas are very comfortable.

Convenient location and clean environment

Nice hotel but twice the price of the Palace across and not any real difference. Room was ridiculously hot, even when set to 16degrees. And I booked it because it had a pool but it doesn’t open until 10am so no good for a morning swim (in an airport hotel…) I had a free spa voucher but that doesn’t open until 11.30. Breakfast is OK but nothing compared to the other Hyatt hotels in China (just spent a week at the one in Dongguan which I highly recommend). There was no selection of food apart from the basics - which is disappointing for a 25usd breakfast and staff, of which there really were plenty, really just stood around as they didn’t really have anything of interest to cook. All in all, a very disappointing stay.

Good service but just a little bit disappointed by the breakfast I use to go to many Hyatt and I missed sonething at the breakfast. Same for the room service, expensive but the club sandwich was not so good

So clean and very it’s inside the airport location it’s very very good if you have next trip

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Hangzhou Airport and had a fantastic experience. The highlight of my stay was the excellent service provided by Fency at the reception. She was brilliant and incredibly helpful, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The hotel's facilities were top-notch, with comfortable rooms and a wide range of amenities. The proximity to the airport is unbeatable for travelers. Highly recommended for both leisure and business stays!
