C'était charmant . Le directeur parlait anglais. L'accueil était sympathique. C'est hyper propre. La nourriture est incroyable, ce buffet occidental et aussi la cuisine chinoise. J'y retournerais certainement.

Le petit-déjeuner est correct de 6h30 à 10h00, mais vous devez y aller tôt le jour du 1er mai. L'hôtel est correct. Le prix n'est pas cher. Cependant, l'hôtel est un Holiday Inn Express et l'Holiday Inn est l'un à côté de l'autre, mais ce n'est pas un hôtel. Ne soyez pas confus.

This hotel is located very close to the metro. The check in was very smooth. Ms Zoe at the reception was very kind and super helpful. She even upgraded my breakfast to the Holiday Inn breakfast which was a lavish spread compared to the normal Holiday Inn Express breakfast. The property was clean. The room was spacious. Good amenities. I would definitely stay here again next time. Again a special mention to Ms Zoey for making my stay comfortable. House keeping staff was also kind to give me extra bottles of water.

This hotel is not in a super location, but it is in a nice location to be able to get to other areas easily enough. There is a shopping mall close, a park and several other things you can enjoy as well. The room was and hotel itself seemed very clean, the staff friendly, and breakfast was enjoyable overall. If you get the breakfast buffet, you will want to go to the main buffet and not the second-floor buffet which only has a fraction of the main buffet.
I would stay here again if I needed to go to Hangzhou and stay somewhere. For the price, honestly, it cannot be beaten.
I am truly sorry I did not take any pictures, but I can assure you it is well worth the money. A true bargain.
