Este hotel está muy cerca del barrio de las embajadas, mucho más tranquilo que el casco antiguo. Se ve bastante nuevo y por tanto reservamos directamente con el establecimiento a través de email (enero 2023) una suite especial del piso 9º (planta noble hasta donde llega el ascensor). Un dormitorio amplio con cama grande (bien de colchón y sábanas), armarios, perchas, ventanales a la ciudad, mesillas, a.a. y tv satélite. Al lado, una sala de estar amplia con muebles, un sofá no muy grande (en las fotos se veían 2 sofás), otro a.a. y otra tv también satélite, un espacio de cocina con frigorífico grande (agua de cortesía) y precio normales. Un buen baño, moderno, amplio, con encimera y amenities, muy buenas toallas y ducha grande con mampara, presión de agua normal y ventana exterior. Bien de limpieza (diaria) y buen wifi. Recepción y zonas comunes suficientes. (2 ascensores y piscina interior). Personal amable. Check-in a las 12 (igual que el check-out). Al principio querían darnos un ático del piso 11, pero nos negamos porque son más pequeños y el ascensor no llega a ese piso. La zona de desayunos es muy pequeña (solo 3 mesas) y tuvimos que desayunar en una de las mesas de recepción (mesas redondas muy pequeñas, pero al menos separados del resto por el tema COVID). Un bufet no muy variado (huevos/tortillas a petición) y no muy bien presentado, además de repetitivo (fruta escasa y solo pan de molde). Si algo se terminaba, había que pedirlo a la camarera, aunque no tardaba mucho en reponerlo. La calle Doi Can es algo estrecha y con tráfico intenso, llena de restaurantes y tiendas, pero el hotel se retranquea de forma que los únicos ruidos que llegan al piso 9º son los ladridos (conitnuos y muy molestos) de los perros de las cercanías. Por otro lado, en esa misma calle tiene parada el bus nº 9, que por 7.000 dongs (unos 30 céntimos de euro) te lleva directo al lago Hoan Kiem en pleno centro (y vuelve por el mismo camino) en unos 20 minutos. El hotel está a minuitos caminando del complejo del mausoleo de Ho Chi Minh, Pagoda del Pilar Único, Museo de Historia Militar, Ciudad Imperial, Palacio Presidencial y Templo de la Literatura. Transfer al aeropuerto por unos 12€. En resumen: un buen apartamento en una buena zona tranquila (mejor que en el caso antiguo), por un precio ajustado para la calidad ofertada (1.100.000 dongs por noche con desayuno, es decir, unos 43€), si bien los desayunos pueden mejorar bastante.

Fantastic modern funky hotel, well situated fir old quarter and station. Good size room with excellent shower room. Comfy bed and usual Western equipment . USB charging points, free toiletries. Social area was good sized near reception and offered a well stocked bar. Breakfast served there also and the option to use thier facilities to cook your own!.

Nice service, very comfortable stay at the hotel. Located at a convenient location. Chocolate hour was nice, but should be given more publicity and could be introduced during check in at the front desk, bet a lot of guests don’t know about it. The pool was clean and everything was nice. Breakfast was excellent, and all staff were friendly. Totally worth a recommendation for friends who are visiting Hanoi.

Le personnel ici est très enthousiaste pour m'aider tout le temps. Le personnel de ménage quotidien nettoie la chambre très propre. L'hôtel organise également un des excursions pour visiter la baie d'Ha Long pour visiter Sapa et Ha Giang. Je suis très heureux de séjourner dans cet hôtel. YYannickL268Tout d’abord, comment parler de notre expérience dans les hôtel « La Siesta » sans parler de Anh Dang. Grâce à ce jeune homme nous avons vécu une expérience unique. Sa gentillesse, son professionnalisme, sa disponibilité nous ont bluffé. Nous étions donc de nouveau à Hanoi pour nos 2 dernières nuits au Vietnam. Nous avions réservé une chambre au « La Siesta Trendy ». En arrivant, nous avons été très bien accueillis avec un jus de fruits frais et une serviette fraiche. Anh Dang s’est alors occupé de nous. Nous patientions pour notre enregistrement et ce dernier nous a alors annoncé que notre réservation était un chambre aveugle mais que nous étions surclassé pour cette première nuit. Super ! Et là, il nous a lui-même accompagné non pas dans cet hôtel mais dans l’un des autres établissements, et pas n’importe lequel, le « Hanoi La Siesta», un niveau supérieur déjà mais alors la chambre … superbe. Une chambre familiale avec une grande terrasse, un vrai plaisir ! Toujours d’une grande amabilité, Anh Dang nous a dit que nous pouvions le contacter à n’importe quel moment et qu’il gérait tout pour le retour du lendemain (transport des bagages, prise en charge du taxi, …). Le lendemain, tout était effectivement géré. Arrivant de nouveau à l’Hôtel « La Siesta Trendy », nous retrouvons Anh Dang tout sourire. Après avoir pris de nos nouvelles, il nous annonce que nous serons aussi surclassé au « Trendy ». Nous nous retrouvons donc dans une très spacieuse et jolie chambre avec à nouveau une superbe terrasse.. Effectivement, nous avons été chanceux. Mais hormis ces considérations, le personnel des deux hôtels dans lesquels nous avons séjourné a été à l’image de Anh Dang : prévenant, professionnel, disponible, sourient. Concernant les hôtels, il y avait effectivement une différence de standing entre les deux mais cela n‘est pas négatifs du tout. Le « La Siesta Trendy » tout autant que le « La Siesta Hanoi » sont des établissements très agréable, d’une propreté irréprochable et très bien situé dans Hanoi, permettant ainsi de facilement visiter le vieux quartier notamment. Par ailleurs, nous avons été très touchés par l’attention portée lors de notre départ, une magnifique guirlande artisanale nous a été offerte ! En conclusion, nous recommandons sans hésitation ces établissements et n’hésiterons pas un instant à y revenir lors d’un prochain passage à Hanoi. IInvitéUne fois que vous aurez franchi les portes de ce merveilleux Hôtel La Siesta Diamond and Spa Ma May street de Hanoi, vous serez émerveillés par l’ambiance extraordinaire qui se dégage du lieu. Une réception située directement à gauche, sobre mais d’une élégance distinguée, avec un personnel d’accueil qui fait preuve d’un professionnalisme rare. Nous avions connaissance de la réputation déjà établie de service personnalisé, le genre que seul un hôtel-boutique intime peut offrir. Cela a été confirmé dès notre arrivée à la propriété, par l'accueil attentif du portier et le processus d'enregistrement instantané avec des boissons originales et des fruits secs, confortablement installés dans des fauteuils profonds et accueillants. Le style décoratif du hall et les espaces communs, d’apparence contemporains par les équipements mais d’une fine élégance par la touche de décoration classique vietnamienne à l'ancienne. La suite duplex premier que nous avions réservé était au-delà de nos espérances = la première chambre était luxueusement garnie d’un grand lit king size avec une tête de lit rembourrée marron et crème foncé, choix d'oreillers, tables de chevet des deux côtés avec lampes de lecture. Les fenêtres étaient couvertes de lourdes draperies crème avec des garnitures brunes très occultantes pour ne pas être éveillés par le soleil matinal. Les lampes de sol, de bureau et de chevet avaient des bases contemporaines. La salle de bain était impeccable, spacieuse, suffisamment équipées avec tous les accessoires nécessaires. Il y avait une douche avec une porte vitrée. Les toilettes étaient dans leur propre enceinte séparée par une cloison en verre de la douche. Un coin cuisine avec frigidaire et de nombreux placards. Un escalier sur le côté permet d’accéder à la chambre en duplex qui dispose de la même superficie mais avec une baignoire au lieu d’une douche et à la place du coin cuisine, un coin salon avec un petit canapé. Même si nous n’avons pas eu le loisir de regarder la télévision, deux grands poste écran plats multi -chaines sont présents. L'hôtel-boutique est à distance de marche du lac Hoan Kiem, ainsi que du vieux quartier ou du spectacle Muppet. Tous les transports dont vous avez besoin peuvent également être trouvés ici, les magasins sont les uns sur les autres, les restaurants, la street food ; le soir un spectacle de rue organisé par des artistes sous couvert de la municipalité vous font revivre gratuitement toute une épopée de la capitale. Nous avons séjourné de multiples fois à Hanoi, dans de nombreux hôtels, y compris des cinq étoiles, mais je dois dire Le meilleur hôtel d ans lequel nous n’ayons jamais été à Hanoï, est bien celui-ci : la qualité du service est incomparable, peu d'hôtels peuvent se vanter d'avoir un niveau de service de cette qualité. JJustincchongPerfect stay at Mina Hotel & Spa! I stayed for the weekend and found this hotel to be well maintained, warm and friendly. I love how every staff tries to be friendly and get to know their guest. Likewise, I feel at ease when return to the hotel every night.
I got the premier room on the 5th floor and it had a nice view of surrounding buildings. The room has adequate amenities - including soap and shampoo, toiletries, kettle and coffee making equipment. While the bed was abit hard, it was comfortable and clean. Pillows were comfy, but sadly only 2 were provided. There was a large flat screen TV with Netflix pre-installed and a nice curtain that made waking up in the mornings, enjoyable. The toilet could have been better designed as there was no shower curtain of divider between the bath tub and the main area, making bathing a mess.
The hotel also serves breakfast in the morning - but I found it to be a tad underwhelming - though I understand the hotel may not receive many guest. Included in the breakfast is an egg station, pho / porridge station, stir fried foods, fruits and basic breads. Coffee and Tea was also provided, but it was fairly basic. Nevertheless, the service made up the lack of good breakfast - staffs try their best for make your breakfast a comfortable experience.
I don't remember the names, but I'd like to thank the staffs (between 23/9-25/9) that made my stay a wonderful one.
Location wise, Mina Hotel & Spa is well located amidst the hustling streets, and at the end of beer street, with 5-10mins walking to the lake. It's also located near a bunch of street foods, which makes this hotel a perfect place to stay, wander and eat your way through hanoi.
I also tried the Spa and found it to be professional, extremely clean and it's service, exceptional. I got the VIP Combo 1, which included a facial, hair wash, foot soak and a body massage. While I particularly enjoyed the facial and hair wash, the massage was average and not strong. The masseuse had slightly long fingernails, which felt a tad uncomfortable during the massage. Nevertheless, the facial and hair wash was exceptional and left me feeling fresh and alive.
Overall, Mina Hotel & Spa will be a hotel that I'll visit again when I come to hanoi again. It's fair to say despite its inconveniences, it's warm hospitality and personal touch to its guests makes up for it.

Mmy2.houseJe l'ai utilisé lors d'un voyage d'affaires à Hanoi. Je cherchais un hôtel avec baignoire, j'ai donc choisi cet hôtel. Le résultat était très correct !
La pièce était spacieuse et très propre. Il y avait une grande baignoire et j'ai pu me détendre après la fatigue de la journée ! Le maillot de bain est obligatoire, mais il y a aussi un sauna et un grand bain public.
Le pho que vous pouvez préparer sur place pour le petit-déjeuner était délicieux ! J'aimerais rester ici la prochaine fois que j'irai à Hanoi.

Le directeur est un gars très agréable qui s'efforce de vous offrir un bon séjour et fier de son travail (une rareté de nos jours).
Tout le personnel était très poli, sympathique, attentionné et serviable !!!!!!!
Ils ont également organisé un dépôt à l'aéroport, à un prix très abordable.
Hôtel et chambre impeccablement propres.
Je ne peux pas le recommander assez.
Si jamais je devais retourner à Hanoï, je réserverais à nouveau là-bas.

IInvitéPros: Le personnel était très gentil et très bien placé et disposé à aider avec tout et tout si on leur a mentionné. Il est un endroit fab avec Hoan Kiem lac bien à pied, mais pas juste au milieu du quartier vieux hétique, il est possible d'obtenir un bon sommeil de nuit (nous n'avons pas une fenêtre, donc incertain si cela est vrai pour les chambres avec fenêtre). Les lits ont été changés chaque jour et les serviettes propres chaque jour, mais d'autres installations telles que le papier toilette, le shampooing, le lavage des corps, etc. n'ont pas été montées pendant notre séjour. Cons: Nous sommes arrivés après le contrôle annoncé en temps et notre chambre n'était pas prête, ce qui n'était pas idéal après 17 heures de vol, mais aussi compréhensible que parfois d'autres clients vérifient tard. Je pense que c'est pour cela qu'ils se sont pressés pour obtenir la chambre qui signifie qu'elle n'était pas complètement propre, par exemple, cheveux sur le sol, empreintes digitales sur les miroirs/verre. Notre télévision n'a pas fonctionné, le wifi était très lent pendant notre séjour, et la douche s'est réfrigérée pendant les 2 premiers jours qui étaient équitables, compte tenu de la chaleur qu'il était. Booking.com still states that breakfast is available here but nothing was mentioned to us about breakfast, and it's worth noting that the photos used by the property are definitely not accurate. The property is nice, but not like the photos. La chambre était sans fenêtre, et je ne peux pas me souvenir si cela a été mentionné lors de la réservation. Cependant, je me suis senti compte tenu du score élevé que la propriété a sur booking.com et sur ici, il était important de laisser une image plus précise de la propriété.

The location of this apartment is the biggest advantage. It is a 5-minute walk from the 86 bus stop (from/to the airport). Also, it takes 5-10 min strolling to reach the Old Quarter and Dong Xuan market. Plus, 20-25 min walking will bring you to the Ho Chi Ming mausoleum. Everything far would require a taxi or a scooter via the ‘Grab’ app.
Generally, this apt has a solid ‘3’ out of ‘5’. Everything you needed was there: a full-size kitchen, a microwave, a two-section fridge, a washing machine, a fan, an AC, a TV, a kettle, a cooking stove, all utensils and plates. The bathroom, a sink and a loo are clean, a hairdryer works well. You could even have a full foamy real bath (I was too lazy to extra clean the bath, that’s just me. Extra precautions). The bed is fine, and the bed sheets were clean. Nothing to complain about.
Now, why it is ‘3’ (or maybe ‘3.5’). For this money per night, in other places, you’ll get a 20-24 sq.m. room. While this apt generously will host you with 60 sq.m. (I have to confess, it was the main reason I chose this place among the locations). This place feels really like a proper apartment. Pay attention, this is not a ‘Hotel’ but a ‘Home-stay’ or an ‘Apartment’. There is no Reception desk. Nobody will meet, greet, and assist you. You will be on your own with any questions you may have upon arrival. Moreover, the entrance to this apartment goes through… the sushi restaurant. Yep. Right through the tables with people eating. Plus, the instruction sent prior to my arrival with all digital codes to open the doors to get in/out looked more like a maze or a puzzle. Good news, from 10 am till 10 pm the front restaurant door is open and you won’t need to worry (at least) about one of the ‘getting-in game’ challenges.
Al-in-all, with all instructions provided by Trip.com and the owner, I managed to check in smoothly, had a nice Hanoi vacation and didn’t mind some hiccups with local neighbours downstairs getting up early and starting cooking their breakfast)))

IInvitéRatings are always based on personal standards and judging criteria. For this, I am coming from the angle of a cheap airport hotel. This is the best airport hotel around Hanoi Noi Bai Airport, and at a decent price. Do not expect intercontinental buffet breakfast, business lounges and the likes. The room is pretty new, clean, functional, and large. Despite being close to the airport, you can barely hear anything from landing aircraft. Breakfast is simple at best, and staff seem to be still in 'training', with only Brian being the 'boss'. Rooftop pool doesn't look well maintained, and the entertainment room has been abandoned totally altogether, with the foosball and billiard table left to collect dust while it has become a storage and parking area. But hey, its an airport hotel. Purpose is to have people sleep for 1 night before leaving prompto. It is situated in a pretty rural area so don't expect any established eateries or convenience stores nearby. Think roadside hawkers and home-run provision shops. In conclusion, best airport hotel near Hanoi Noi Bai Airport.

IInvitéJe suis très heureux de voir la situation de ce lieu dans la proximité de nombreux stands alimentaires, fruits et légumes. Je suis aussi heureux de voir beaucoup de mini-shops où je peux aller chercher les choses que j'ai besoin. Elle est très respectable pour moi d'appeler monsieur. Hotel maid était très aimable d'être à l'endroit. Je aime comment il y avait une convection portable pour moi de cuisiner avec. J'aime les produits d'argent, les colliers et les plats que je peux utiliser pour manger mon aliment avec. J'aime bien qu'il soit près de ce grand magasin Winmart.
La chambre d'hôtel était très propre. L'hôtel dispose toujours d'un ensemble de serviettes propres et propres à chaque fois que je le veux.
La seule chose que j'aime pas était que maintenant et après, il y a des spécimens, où j'ai dû tuer 2 d'entre eux. J'ai aussi dû faire face à un grand spécimen le dernier jour. Je suis quelqu'un qui a peur des spécimens.
Je pourrais revenir à cet hôtel en août, en septembre, ou début de l'année prochaine, quand je reviendrai à Hanoi au Viêt Nam et la situation me convient.
