The room have so much to improve

Hotel said fully booked when i arribmve at 9pm waited 1 hour to be sent to another hotel of sister property

very bad experience. even let me guess it it is a personal "customization". when you want to more than 2 bottles of water, they refused; when you want to change 2-night booking to 1 day, they refuse. There is some smell when first coming into the room, blahblah, never come again.

A much cheaper option than the Marriott opposite. King size bed and room with 4 comfortable pillows and a blanket. Good breakfast with tasty congee. Massage available upon booking through the reception. Plenty of eateries nearby.

Awesome stay

Location is great, hotel room look nice. But 1 big point is that there are A lot of bugs inside the room even it’s 6th floor. The bugs fly out somewhere inside the toilet. Toilet got bad smell as well. Although it’s nice and new build hotel, Already noted down to not to rebook this hotel again as we can’t stand the bugs and smell

What a great hotel! It's conveniently located near the convention center and a few sites in western Hanoi (like the ho chi Minh moseleum). The room was clean, bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. The front desk staff were great at communication and responded to my emails/questions very quickly. The hotel also let me use their luggage storage for free, which was really nice of them.

Room was quite new and clean. Service was good, but there's improvement at meals. For my next trip, I might think of booking again.

房間寬敞，床非常大，早餐豐富，水果多樣，前台可以熱牛奶，師傅中文英文都會説一點，房間內燒水的是自動的，鏡子是觸摸屏。

到河內出差一般就住這個酒店，主要是離公司很近。這個酒店很乾凈整潔，工作人員態度和藹，有的還會中文，早餐很贊，種類多，味道好。

前台態度很好，早餐滿足需求，周邊還算方便吧

可以不錯，有中文翻譯，前台接待服務熱情，大堂經理會中文。 衞生：好 設施：好 環境：好 服務：好
