One of the best hotels in Hanoi I have ever e stayed in . Excellent breakfast and a nice dining room . But the quality of the guest is low very low noisy selfish and dirty . ( Indians and Africans ) the room I had was big and decorated with great taste. The location is lovely a bit out of noisy old quarters . I love staying there and I’ll be back as soon as I’ll be back in Hanoi .

The hotel is provided exceptional service, offering complimentary amenities such as adapter borrowing, fantastic breakfast and complimentary room upgrades upon availability (by using Trip.com). While the hotel is located a 20-minute walk (or a 5-minute drive by Grab) from the lake (old street), its attentive hospitality and thoughtful conveniences ensure a comfortable and memorable stay for guests.

Very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, qiuet and clean room. 300m far from the park. Nearby many restaurants.

位於河內市區很新的酒店 這邊酒店都差不多的格局 路邊一棟 這家地理位置偏了點 步行還劍湖或者火車街都有2km 整體風格是還不錯的。價格也美麗 三天吃一樣的早餐變化不大 有點膩了

還行，就是衞生間的鏡子的智能燈，有個圈圈亮着，個人對環境要求比較高，所以這一點難受，訂的陽台房間，環境還可以吧

酒店很新也挺乾淨了，工作人員也很熱情禮貌，能夠感覺到酒店對於旅客登記也很規範，所以我也沒有什麼防備心，貴重物品放在房間也沒有很擔心

T布酒店🏨位置挺好的 周邊有可以spa的地方 隔壁就是牛油果🥑一切的餐飲店 不遠處有很多餐飲咖啡 晚上有適合喝啤酒🍺精釀的地 周邊有個大牌的商場 房間乾淨温馨 總體比較安靜 除了早上打掃的聲音還有門鎖聲再小一點就好了 早餐也不錯 酸奶很好喝 麪包🥖也不錯

酒店位置會較遠一點， 到老城區位置車程大概15分鐘左右。 酒店裝修新淨，非常不錯！ 但清潔部分略有不足，會發現有污漬，洗手間部門要再加強清潔。 員工語言能力仍需要加強。

房間很乾凈 雖然小一點 但是五臟俱全 還算安靜 地理位置很方便 樓下拐角處就有一家燒烤 特別好吃 😋超好吃 來玩的小夥伴一定別錯過 然後周邊都是吃的喝的 早飯也還可以 河粉我最喜歡

服務員態度nice，美中不足是下面是一些飲料店，每晚都會放音樂直到晚上12點。睡眠差的建議帶耳塞來。ps 花朵很漂亮

非常滿意這次的酒店，前台服務很好，笑容很甜，房間乾淨衞生通風敞亮，新裝修，早餐非常棒，一般的酒店沒有這樣品質早餐！

設施：新裝修但已經沒有氣味，另外智能電視很難得。 衞生：非常乾淨 環境：不算特別中心，但是位置也不錯。 服務：很滿意，感覺前台和早餐廚師員工都受過專業培訓。
