J'ai réservé une place mais comme il n'y avait pas de place de parking, ils ont laissé le client séjourner dans un autre endroit 🥲

L'emplacement est idéal car il est juste en face de Seoho.
La chambre est très spacieuse.
Il faut avoir les yeux brouillés car l'hygiène est locale.

This is another change of hotel after the unconvinced one, this place is quite scenery, large room, clean, quality is better but the only thing annoying us is eater leaking in the room after shower which is very bad. Even soaked our thing on the dressing table. There’s no floor clothes in the room so like we asked and talked about the leak. They come once and clean all but it’s still happening not only from bathroom but also from air con. Later that night we asked again because water is soaked even curtains, no-one come in.
And the checkout time is 11am which is quite different from other hotels, we were asked to leave asap after 11am while we are packing thing.

We booked two rooms for one night but were unable to stay as the rooms were exceptionally dirty. There was mold everywhere, and we even found BEDBUGS!!!!. The hotel receptionist was unhelpful and refused to issue a refund.

The place was decent overall, but our experience had some significant drawbacks. Upon arrival, we were initially assigned a unit that had a strong foul odor and was in a very unhygienic condition and it was clear that it hadn’t been properly cleaned. Due to this, we requested to be moved, and we were eventually transferred to a different unit.
The second room was an improvement in terms of general appearance, but it still had cleanliness issues. The bed linens appeared to have been previously used, as there was a noticeable body odor and specifically reminiscent of unwashed armpits lingering on the sheets. Additionally, the area around the bathtub was quite filthy, and there was a noticeable amount of trash left behind, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning and maintenance.

The apartment is in the quiet greeny alley few steps from the lake. The room is spacious. But that’s all. The room is poorly maintained, there are mold stains on the walk and shower curtain. Shower water is weak and hot water rarely works at night. The worst thing is room service. I booked 5 nights but they didn’t do room service until 4th day. There was not pillows or duvet cover, or changed the towels. The house keeping was lazy, she didn’t bother you to offer to my room while she still cleaned other rooms for foreigners, I wondered if they discriminated local guests? I asked for iron since I moved it and never got one until check out. There was mosquitoes and I asked them but they didn’t care either. I call the hotline and they made excuses for their service: first they said the housekeeper was sick, and then they blamed me not to request the room service, even it’s their job and I indeed messaged and called several times (attached screenshot). Until I pointed out their bad services and said I’d leave reviews they started to send housekeeper. This was probably the worst hotel I have experienced and I travel for work almost every month.

the hotel is not in the city center. Closer to the airport. Not a bad hotel for the money. It smells damp, but if you turn on the air conditioner, it becomes good

There wasn’t anyone at reception upon arrival, I had to call to check in. The room was a little dirty, old stains on the couch and walls. There’s everything you need in the room including cutlery and I was surprised to see a washing machine in the room. Location is great with a lot of expats around the area
