Avis : Luxury Airport Hotel Travel

Very close to Noi Bai airport, about 2-3km. Small hotel, simple 3 types of breakfast choices

Pros: - however, hotel staff was apologetic and prompt to rectify the problems - we had requested for early check out with takeaway breakfast before we checked in and it was provided as per our requests - 10-15min ride to the international airport Cons: - we encountered two slip ups before we had properly settled down, both which we thought should not have happened in the first place - firstly, we got assigned to a room with somebody else’s belongings; proof that it was already occupied by other guests - secondly, we shifted to another room but it was not cleaned up, with the beds visibly untidy and towel on the floor in the washroom - finally, we got a clean room but it wasn’t the room with 2 queen beds as per what we’ve ordered but we made do with it and just asked for extra pillow and towels - the aircon heater function also didn't work so we ended up not using it at all despite the 10 degree temperature - 30 min ride to hanoi city center where most of the food/shopping area was Precaution for travellers: - Manage your expectations on cleanliness of the room. There were minor stains on towel, not sure if it was rust from storage and there was a drainage smell in the toilet.

Very bad experience staff they don’t speak english no helping i need to talk with manager about this careless I forgot my jaket there and i ask the staff he said we don’t know after i go to the airport they call they found jaket and i already asked many time very bad service 👎👎👎👎

Located near airport (5 minutes car ride). Simple facilities good for one night stay. No complaints given the cheap daily rate.
