We are sorry that the quality of your stay at VATC SleepPod didnt meet your expectation. All the unpleasantness you have experienced does not reflect the service we wish to offer. As you know the sleep pods are located in the public area of Noi Bai International Airport. There is always some general back ground noise around. The time you stayed with us the airport was under going a renovation programme. We believe the noise of drilling, welding and chiselling machines affected your sleep which was outside of our control but we are so sorry for it.We organized a review of your concern with our staffs. Your feedback has been also shared with VATC SleepPod Team as well as Quality Control Department of Noi Bai International Airport. We ensure that the points raised are dealt with and the noise problem will be fixed very soon.Please accept our sincere apologies for the unfortunate experience you had with this matter at VATC SleepPod. According to the sales information published by VATC SleepPod on the channel you can easily see the following details:On the booking interface, under the Hotel Information & Booking Details section of the channel , it clearly states: The SleepPods are located in the public area of Noi Bai International Airport, Hanoi, and to use VATC SleepPod services, guests must have a visa to enter Vietnam. This is a "Non-refundable" service or "100% deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation or no-show," so please consider carefully before booking.This important information is always provided to you when you make a booking and is also sent as a reminder on the channel 3-5 days before your check-in date. It is possible that for some reason you may have overlooked these important notifications from us.We regret that we did not have the opportunity to serve you this time and sincerely hope to serve you in the future.We look forward to hearing from you.Sincerely,VATC SleepPod Team
