A part la chambre un peu petite, tout le reste est bien. L'emplacement est bon, en plein dans la vieille ville, et le prix n'est pas cher. Dans l'ensemble, je suis assez satisfait

We were only able to stay in the lobby while we were waiting for our tour to Ninh Binh. Both staff members were welcoming and helpful. Their sofa was soft, which allowed us to relax as we were all tired from coming from Sa Pa. When we returned from our tour and it was time for our check-in, a new receptionist greeted us. However, we were unable to check in as the room we were supposed to get was still occupied because the guest got sick and had to extend their stay. They were fully booked. They did arrange for our transfer to their sister hotel (Rising Dragon Estate) near the Train Street. We could literally see the cafes and the train from the balcony. My rating is based solely on the cleanliness of the lobby area as well as the amenities. It would have been nice if we were able to stay there, but everything was arranged smoothly and we didn't have to pay anything extra. Plus, the staff at the Rising Dragon were also accommodating and friendly.

It’s an amazing trip and the location was just enough for us to roam around.. And the staff are so helpful , especially Manager since we had no prior booking for anything 😅, they help us book tours and transportation . We’re so thankful to them.

Good service / wifi and the center of Hanoi

Nice hotel. I got a spacious room with windows. Big wardrobe. Complete amenities.

건물이 오래됨. 위치는 조용 하고 좋음 하노이 기차길과 가차움.

Arrivé à Hanoi depuis la famille d'accueil Domik à Cat Ba. (fortement recommandé) Juste une nuit ici au Serenity Diamond avant de vous diriger vers Cao Bang. Des lits comme du carton et un drain de douche bloquaient les inondations de la salle de bain. Un peu exigu mais assez propre. J'ai eu mieux.

Other than the okay location, this hotel is by far the worse hotel I have been in. Very old and run down. Poor insulation from outside noise and smoke coming in through the windows, washroom and gap between the front entrance. Tiny washroom, broken, old and moldy. Uncomfortable bed and poorly lit. No heat, it doesn't work either!
