It can be quite difficult to secure a room here on weekends, so I booked mine two months in advance through Trip.com and managed to get a great deal. Overall, my stay was pleasant. The staff were friendly, spoke basic English, and even reached out before my arrival to confirm my check-in time. I arrived early in the morning and although my room wasn’t ready, they kindly prepared it an hour ahead of schedule. I truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture, especially after traveling over 12 hours from Kuala Lumpur. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the atmosphere was peaceful. There were just a couple of minor drawbacks—the water pressure in the bathroom was weak, and the pool could have been cleaner. Despite that, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Kim Yong Market and close to the Hatyai Post Office, which is open on weekends. It’s a great spot to pick up postcards and send them home as souvenirs.

Such a cozy and lovely place! Everything was clean and comfy, It’s a peaceful place, perfect for relaxing.and the staff were nice. The best part? The adorable hotel cat! 😻 Please get a few more cats 🐈🐈⬛🐈— we’d be so happy!🤭🤭 I would definitely come back again!

I really loved my stay at Casa 33. The place has a beautiful colonial modern style that feels both classy and cozy. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom smelled so fresh and nice. Everything felt well taken care of, and it made the whole stay very pleasant.

The swimming pool is rather small, suitable for 3–5 people at a time, and its location near the lobby makes it less private. Basic toiletries such as toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided, only towels and slippers. Complimentary TWG coffee is available, but no sugar or creamer was provided. Parking space is quite limited, but fortunately there is always an attendant nearby to assist guests. Staff are polite and always greet with a smile. The place is nice for Instagrame-worthy photos, a casual stay, or a weekday staycation.

Limitations of the car park. Front desk staff all are very kind and efficient. Thank you.

Very nice hotel in Hatyai, I can't found other hotel nicer than this in Hatyai, the staff all are very friendly, helpful and nice, they did provide welcome drink, they provide free parking(limited), just the cleanliness of the bedsheets can be improve, and the shower is very hard to adjust a suitable water temperature, overall will be coming back again!

I loved it here, it’s so so beautiful, peaceful and super friendly staffs. We had to check out at 5am to catch a train, the staffs were already available to help us out with the luggage. Will def revisit soon and recommend to others 🥰

Very clean room. I love how spacious and spotless the bathroom and bathtub is. Staff is also friendly and helpful. They have a very pretty cafe downstairs too. The only thing they don’t have is a gym, so I had to find nearby gym. Otherwise, all is excellent:)
