Very bad service from the front desk officer in-charge. Almost everything i asked him he will say no. It was heavy rain i asked him if i can borrow an umbrella and return it back later he said hotel do not have it… and when i asked for the complementary drinking water also he said finished i’m sure he can just refill the water inside the refrigerator.. old hotel with old facilities.. i dont have a big complaint much on the hotel but more to the service that i got from the unhelpful front desk officer in-charge..!

Fantastic receptionists at checking in but unfortunately we encountered an unfriendly housekeeper who comes across as being rude. Asked for another bottle of water and she refused to give. Stingy on toiletries and bathroom needs upgrading. Take note that the hotel charged for additional pillows. So don’t asked for more if you don’t want to pay. Rooms are clean and roomy. Lobby is big and spacious. Air conditioning works well throughout the hotel and rooms 👍
