房間非常乾淨，位置也蠻好的，從火車站出來幾百米，走10分鐘就可以了，筆直2條路很好找，價格對比老城那邊也低一些，但是每天走去老橋那邊晃一圈，走回來晚上休息很不錯，非常推薦。 酒店接待人員非常友好，提供了很多幫助，本次德國之行裏覺得最滿意的預訂！

非常之舒適嘅一間酒店值得推薦、房間乾淨企理，位置也很好，性比較非常之高，下次出遊會再算選擇這間酒店！

房間整潔乾淨，面積夠大，帶陽台，帶小廚房。服務人員非常友好，讓我們提前入住，還指引我們去免費停車的地方。離景點略遠，自駕最適宜啦！

入住前也沒有事先通知要有密碼開啟信箱才能拿到房卡 前台也沒有人 要打幾次電話才找到人解決 花了一段時間才進到酒店 沒有服務可言 房間設施鋪塵 讓人感覺不整潔 唯一優點是空間很大

看上去離火車站不遠，但其實距離有點尷尬，尤其是拖個行李箱的情況下。房間還是挺大的

訂的房型有小廚房很方便

服務到位，每次到必住之！交通便利，房間配套設施安排合理，便用方便！衞生清潔很合心意，能為客人設想周到。

Pro: -very nice rooms with good bed, nice shower and small kitchen for coffee and simple cooking - choose a room at one of the top floors so you have from the balcony a bit of a view - easy to reach from Heidelberg Hbf train station parking either in parking under hotel (8 euro) or for free on a few places on the street. Con: - this neighborhood South Heidelberg feels new and industrial so don’t expect to see the old town, but that’s easy to reach by tram or local train.

Das Hotel liegt im Außen Bereich von Heidelberg. Jedoch ist die nächste Bahnstation keine 5 Minuten entfernt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bei Fragen sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück hatte alles was man für ein Frühstück benötigt und bei Bedarf wurde auch nachgelegt. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und hatte auch alles was man so braucht. Zusätzlich noch einen kleinen Balkon wo man abends auch noch etwas die Ruhe genießen konnte. Das Bad war auch sehr geräumig mit einer großen Dusche. Das Zimmer, wie auch das ganze Haus waren sehr sauber. Der Preis für das Hotel, wie auch Frühstück sind absolut fair. Sollten wir nochmals in Heidelberg übernachten, würden wir das Suytes auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

🏨Location: convenient to the train station, less than 10 mins walk which is super easy to find 💰Price: super reasonable and best value 🛋️Room: clean and comfortable to stay, I like the lights a lot which is so design style 💁Service: best service I have met in 2 weeks in Germany, the staff is so nice and caring, they upgrade my room to higher floor which the room I booked was on ground floor because they saw I was travel alone so they kept me feel more safety which is so appreciated, I can’t find anything better than this, when people cares that’s home truly.
