Avis : Terra Royal Aparment - 1 2 3 BR at City Center

DO NOT STAY HERE! WORST APARTMENT COST: $300~400 booked on trip.com ...NOT WORTH THE PRICE 😬😬 Day 1: had no hot water AND water was not working for some of the taps AND the shower did not switch to the top showerhead it stayed at the bottom tap level (i squatted to take a shower and washed my hair in the basin ✌️💀) the rooms did not match the photos (smaller/dirtier/not as furnished nicely as the advetising) Day 2: Parking costs money every time you enter and exit... so you can't go anywhere unless you have a solid parking situation Day 3: realised we were scammed about the pool. The listing said that it had a pool included... it didn't tell us that the pool was NOT at the hotel apartment, it was next door at ANOTHER hotel and then it cost an EXTRA 350k VND to use. Last day they offered us a keypass to the hotel but by this time we are already checking it out 🤦🏻♀️ Positives: location was good, alot of toiletries supplied (except toilet paper ...be careful not to take too many dumps) Neutral: the owner was okay at replying and gave a very confusing excuse as to why it was falsely advertised, rooms had clean beds Negatives: my friend (local VN student) told me that this place is cursed and everyone who has ever booked a room here has had issues, the cupboards and walls of rooms were dirty, the toilet seats were stained yellow :( Safety: They have security which is pree good. Food and drinks: Free water is a plus Noteworthy details: Um, read my post... just don't do it. Please save yourself the trouble... if you wanna throw money down the drain please do it where the shower works. Hotel highlights: Great view

The elevator is new and runs smoothly. However, in the morning when many people check out, you have to wait quite a while for an empty elevator.

Spacious room, modern furniture, small dining table. Convenient kitchen, induction cooker, full cutlery. Bathroom has standing shower, strong hot water. Open swimming pool, clear water. Enthusiastic staff, good service.

The receptionist works quickly, there is a luggage storage service. The common area has a tea table, sofas, and beautiful decor. The room has large windows and a large screen TV. The bathroom is a bit small but clean and has a mirror.

Check-in took a long time but the room was spacious and had a nice balcony. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to get to attractions.

Clean room, comfortable bed, dressing table. Nice pool, but quite cold in the morning. Gym has many equipment but a bit small. The surrounding area is very convenient, there are many shopping stores and cafes.

Room has sofa, big bed, air conditioner works well. However, the room is not soundproofed well, hot water system is a bit slow when used at night.

Centrally located, easy to get around. Spacious room, with reading light, comfortable sofa. Clean bathroom, with shower. Swimming pool is a bit crowded in the afternoon. Convenient kitchen but the refrigerator is noisy. Friendly staff but check-in is a bit slow.

The air conditioner cools quickly and has no unpleasant odor. However, the wind blows directly onto the bed, making it a bit cold if you sleep for a long time. The space to move around is comfortable and unencumbered.

The apartment is spacious, with a shopping center right in the building. The rooftop pool is beautiful, but the elevator is a bit slow.

у нас было двое аппартоментов (2 семьи) Номер 12.11 и 6-17 это кошмар!!! отель отказался отменять нашу бронь еще за неделю до заезда ,мы просили 2 раза. А когда мы заехали были еще больше в шоке.За две ночи мы заплатили 17.000 р за 1 апарты и это очччееннь дорого . аппартаменты убитые,устарелые.Шум от насоса на улице или кондеев сутки на пролёт.Фото на сайтах не соответствуют. Бассейн(ради него только и забронировали это жильё) не входит в стоимость и вообще он в другом здание 5-ти звёздочного отеля.(500 вьетнамских денег за одного человека) Очень испортили настроение этим жильём;( не бронируйте,не надо.... And when we drove even more in shock. For two nights we paid 17,000 rub for 1 aparte and this is expensive. The apartments are killed, outdated. Schum from the pump on the street or kondeev for a day on the flight. Photo on the sites do not correspond. The pool (for the sake of it, they only booked this housing) is not included in the price and in general it is in another building of the 5-star hotel.
