Great location. Breakfast could be improved. Children themed rooms are great.

Not too far from Hohhot train station, the lobby looks nice and features a Mongolian yurt display. The room is quite spacious, though it’s clear that the hotel has been around for quite some time. There is also a ******* locker near the entrance, which makes food delivery very convenient.

Average 5-star hotel. Service not as good as the previous hotel but much better than the next hotel. Considering the price, worth it.

A nice hotel in a strategic location, close to the shopping malls and park. We could see the park and mountain from our room window. We loved our stay, thank you.

I came to this hotel 5 years later and it did not dissapoint. Thanks to Martina for the amazing travel tips , Ashe Chen for the help and to the whole staff on 21st floor and Horizon Club Lounge for taking care of our every need.

Location is best and I need the swimming pool for kids. Easy to walk around and explore the city. Pool service is up to the Shangri-la standarts.

It would have been nice if there is someone who can speak English to help foreign tourists. The front desk receptionists need more training. They must ask the guests which method is preferred to pay the deposit instead of directly charging it to the credit card without informing the guest first. Apart from the unpleasant check-in experience, overall, it was a good stay. Concierge staff were super helpful. Wish I could enjoy the hotel a bit more.

Our family enjoyed pleasant four nights at the hotel. The room was clean, the bed comfy, and everything felt relaxed and welcoming. A special shout-out to Merry Liu at reception—she was exceptional. Any issue we had, she fixed quickly and kindly. Great service makes all the difference.

Gave us smoking rooms when we booked non smoking rooms. Also, took very long to process the deposit and check out

Relatively good location and within walking distance to masks and local restaurants. Services was good and staff very friendly. Breakfast spreads was good too.

Value for money and up to my expectations for Shangri-la standards which I am well versed.
