A lovely, well priced family run hotel just 2 minutes walk to the river and lantern boats, and to restaurants and places for a cold drink. The rooms are clean and the balcony is sweet overlooking the street below. The staff are really friendly and went out of their way to make our stay great - thank you so much Hoa!

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay here. Very helpful and friendly hosts. Very close to the old town but also quiet. We loved going out into the local countryside on the free bikes. The breakfast was delicious and very good value. We would definitely come back here

We loved this little place. Location is perfect. Short walk into town and away from the noise. Room was great and service was very good. Good laundry service available . Great cafe down the road - Cam Coffee. Another great coffee place - Roving chill house - short taxi or bike ride away set in the paddy fields - felt really relaxing being out of town

We stayed 1 night at Square Villa . The location is perfect when its near to Hoian Old quarter. The room was supper clean and the bedding was so soft, we can totally sleep in without the noises from the street. Highly recommend !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The most convenient location with a very short walk into all the action of the old town. Hoa and Sang were the most amazing hosts who couldn’t possibly do any more to please. Sang organised transfers, trips, motorbikes, breakfast and we were always met with a smile and a laugh. Our room was spotlessly clean and maintained through our trip (beers in the minibar were only 15,000D! A beautiful place to stay run by a very nice family team. Highly recommend Square Villa. PS the restaurant directly across the road was sensational with simple Vietnamese food cooked to perfection every time.

A generous new small hotel run by a family with daughter Hoa who is good in English can watsapp & FB message directly. - very clean room with good bed, pillows & room slippers - clean toilet with full set toiletries, very generous. - Strong water pressure in rain shower & shower head and strong toilet bowl flushes too. - daily room cleaning service, I’m surprised as I stayed 2N in nearby expensive hotel as Square Villa was fully booked and they do not even do daily room service. - very good location, 5 min walk to old town or free use hotel bicycles. I can walk over to old town for street food breakfast & lunch then return to rest from the hot sun and walk out again in the evening for dinner. I’m very happy with my 2N stay here. A clean room with a clean bed and a clean toilet are very important for me to get a comfortable & relaxing holiday. It is very popular, book in advance.

Location to the river and ancient town was so close within 5 mins walk. The use of the free bikes to ride everywhere was brilliant. Customer service was wonderful and communications from owner once booked was excellent. Clean room with comfy bed. Would recommend!

Square Villa is located within a walking distance to old town. It’s new and clean. People who work there are really nice and friendly. They wanted to make sure that you have a comfortable stay. The hotel provides free bike which is a plus. The prices for mini bar and snacks are reasonable - the same or even cheaper than stores outside the hotel. Please note that there is no elevator but there is a dumbwaiter for luggage.

I stayed at Square Villa in Hoi An for 18 days in December 2022 and again for 24 days in January 2023. Square Villa offers the feel of home on the road by providing 5 star customer service to it's guests. Not many small Boutique Villa's/Hotels have the pride in ownership that this Villa does. They go above and beyond to make sure their guests are receiving all for the perfect stay. This is a small family run Boutique Villa and the pride in ownership shows from the cleanliness of the rooms to the quaint lobby area to the quality breakfast options. Square Villa has the perfect location with residential homes around it and everything in-between from coffee shops and a less than 10 minute walk to the Central part of the quaint Village. I recommend this Boutique Villa 1000%. You won't find a better value for the money or a more comfortable stay. This Villa offers more than you'll expect but book as early as you can as they've earned quite the reputation in just a few years of opening. I love Square Villa and I'll be back on my next trip in 2025.
